What's the key to having a silent mind?
I do a 20-minute meditation every morning.
Work great.
Start with 1 minute.
Increase to 2 minutes, then 5, then 10.
Most importantly, be consistent in your practice!

He is right. Only with a silent , naturally silent mind, we can see who is destroying the beauty of this planet; and because our blindness, unconsciousness, millions of desires, do not allow us to see that clearly. A still mind can see aproblem in totality, when it was created and see their possible solution. But a person must have no fear of that silence. Although a person has gotten along for all his life in turmoill and in slavery, something new must be made. Thanks for the video, excellent.
