I just product changed to the Ritz card! I’ve got a couple international trips this summer where I’m staying at marriotts so the plan is I’ll use the airline credit on baggage, lounge access at multiple airports for my whole party, max multipliers for purchases at the hotels, then next summer I’ll cash in my 85k reward at Disneys Swan hotel.
Loving my brilliant card. Will apply for the Hyatt when i go back under 5/24. Curious where did you have the Amex Reserve card at. Please keep doing this type of video every year.
The Delta Reserve Card could certainly go on this list. However it does take a little bit more work to cover the entire annual fee with the companion certificate. But it is possible! I can certainly make this video each year!
What are your thoughts on owning multiple credit cards? I already have the Hyatt and the Marriott Bonvoy credit cards, but I’m looking into possibly getting the Hilton Surpass card due to the elevated offer right now. Is that too many? Any thoughts and advice is appreciated.
You can definitely have multiple cards. I have quite a few. It really just depends on what cards fit your needs and if you can use them all to the fullest. Signing up for the Surpass wouldn’t be too much!
I think the Hilton Aspire example is a littke unrealistic because you wouldnt go to Cancun just to redeem one free night. I guess if you were already planning to go, but if not you'd probably be spending money you originally wouldn't spend.
Your totally right. Don’t go for just one night haha! Combine that with some points and go for a few nights. In fact the best option would be to use points for 4 nights because you’ll receive a 5th night free. Then the free night reward will give you a 6th night!
