Love your detailed explanations. Recently ventured into some lip filler and a tiny bit of Botox. Great results but very subtle which is what I wanted. I did have a complication that might be useful to know about. I’m very prone to cold sores and broke out in them immediately after treatment. Anti-virals helped clear it up as always. However if my doctor had realized I was prone, he said he would have recommended taking the meds preventatively. Wish I had thought to mention it to him. If I get it done again, I will take the meds. (Don’t look at my pic for results as this was taken a long time ago).
Beautiful results! I think that she actually looks quite proportionate with the slightly larger lip. The improvements are so subtle but make such a significant impact to her overall look! Love your channel!
Hi Sarah, I think that lady looked FABULOUS after your treatments! She remained her natural beauty, but as you said,, it gave her a much more 'rested' appearance, or dare I even say, about 8 years off her face! A truly beautiful finish ... and one of those that one would have to wonder if she'd had something done, or just had a few months off on a really pampered holiday. Great work!!
Dr Sarah Tonks, is a cannula more or less comfortable than a regular needle? Do you numb the skin prior? Do your injections contain lidocaine? Thank you!
Lisa Snider so many questions! I’d say a cannula just feels different. It’s not as sharp a sensation, more like a pressure. I don’t numb the patient up beforehand but the dermal filler does contain lignocaine.
Hello Sarah! What do you think of internal lip hydration using mesotherapy cocktails (the RRS® line) I've watched a few doctors recommending that treatment before getting lip filler
Sure, it sounds good! Depends what look you are going for really. In most cases you can just use filler. If the lip has a lot of superficial lines to begin with then I can see the utility of it but if not then I can’t

Fab results. I love the light reflection improvements and her profile is amazing. Just enhancing her natural beauty. Perfect.
Aine Harney thank you so much! Even nicer when it’s from someone who knows their stuff!!
Dr Sarah Tonks i learnt from the best😘
Not overdone. Very nice job.
I cant wait to be your patient! I'm addicted to these videos =)
Ah thank you! I will message you back this evening! Still at the conference.
I have the worst chapped lipped always. Pretty sure I have cheilitis. Do you think these fillers would fix that?
Christian R hmmmmmmm it can improve hydration but you might be better with a tube of blistex
Lovely work ..
Thank you Maxine!
I wish I lived in the UK. Your work is beautiful.
She looks amazing
I would like to know what filler you used and how many ml's. It seems like thousands of dollars worth.
She looks gorgeous!! ❤️ I would love to do that but I'm scare to hurt...
Elizabeth Ferreira well it’s not exactly a massage but it’s not particularly painful either 😜😜😜

Which fillers did you use in the different areas?
Not really "needless to say" :D :D heehee couldn't resists! love your show!
What do you think about botox in lips known as lip flip?
Dr Tonks, what is the difference between a needle and a cannula?
a cannula isn't sharp; it's just a tube. you can maneuver it while it is inserted into the body without it shredding everything as a needle would.
Confession... I’m
not a lip filler fan but I think it looks more “natural”
on her. Go figure!
I like the bigger lips
