Pete Cowen is the best golf coach I have ever met. He explained the complexities of golf to us in the simplest terms. After following his advice, my handicap has improved from +16 to +7, and I am confident that I can reach +5 by the end of the year. I struggle with interpreting the grain and the variations in slope on the greens. Sometimes, looking from the direction of the ball, it seems like an uphill from right to left, but from the direction of the flagstick looking back to the ball, the result is completely opposite. I hope the great Pete can help clarify this for me sometime.😊
By far and away, the most effective technique for bunker play. I have incorporated Pete's teaching, and although I built a bunker and have made time to practice, his teaching especially the Butterfly grip have made being in a bunker a complete non issue.
Thanks Pete, I have your two DVDs, and I've seen them repeatedly. With your method my bunker game is good. My problem is with the irons, i have not enough shaft lean. Greetings from Italy
I'd love to bring you onto the dog tracks we call public golf courses here in MA stateside, Peter, for instruction on how to exit a rock-filled, moist cement, packed dirt boxes we call bunkers. Around here lots of us don't even touch the sand for how often our wedges skip the bounces on the surface.
Hi Pete. I understand your idea of the club being perpendicular to the swing line. But how would you recommend do this while on the course? We can't draw lines. There has got to be an easy way in your mind for use to line up the club correctly while playing. Thanks. Gerry
Incredible that one of the best golf coaches in the world only has 7k subs, that blows my mind.
Best kept secrets on the web. Do you want everybody to become scratch or what?
@@SiciElbuensici There is little chance of that, golf is hard.

Many information still missing for bunker shots 😅
Darren Brown needs to watch this video. Then he'd be the complete golfer
That's Google and algorithms for you.
He is so overrated.
Who is???? 😂
@@codeyes1982Who do you think? How many golf pro's have shown you how to set up and play a shot only to get someone else take it for you, pathetic.
