      Okay I would give some advice.. Because this is how I studied.. Follow the lectures then the book.. This worked for me and I could filter out stuff which isn't in lecture and write them in my notes..
      Other than I solve MCQ of usmle..

      @@ishq-e-mustufa5512 New phase of your life is about to begin. For anything new, you always need some time to adjust. And yes, medicine is little difficult. But will you relax if I tell you that about 1.5 L students (india and FMG) take admission into medicine every year, and most of them clear the 1st prof exam. Relax. Nothing to worry.

    Sir there is more more extra information are getting after reading books is it necessary to write in notes or write direct lecture notes

      @@tahir-neet Lecture notes will be more than enough. These extra extra things are good for vivas. When you cross distinction mark, such knowledge will be handy. But otherwise, lecture notes enough.

      @@Jnk2024-x5f 50% or 65% or 75%+ , what’s the goal? English medium (till 12th) or vernacular? How many hours will you put in each day - 2 hours or 4 to 6 hours. All these questions need to be answered. To finalize a book. And, i am presuming that the question was for theory book.
      Anyway, I prefer G K Pal (though AK Jain is also good). Read a topic from both books, see which one suits more with your style of reading, and then finalize.

      My goal is to get honours (70-75%)
      Fully English medium till class 12
      For the last question I seek your suggestion on how much time should I devote to get the desired results.

      @@sk_tanbir_alam2005 My first choice or preference would be for G K Pal. It is more wholesome and updated book. Particularly for an english medium student who wants to score 70-75%.
      Daily 2 hours is a minimum that we are looking at, in terms of self-studies. It could be seggregated (not at a single sitting).

      @@RajYadav-06 We will try this. By and large it will be parallel. But practically speaking, it won't be 100% possible. In every college, the sequence of teaching topics may be different. And then we will have a certain sequence. Most of it WILL coincide.
