- I've been wanting to get a Russian Manicure (aka "dry" manicure") for so long and I finally went to get a Russian manicure and pedicure in Miami.
A Russian manicure is not like your typical regular gel manicure.
Instead, a well-trained nail technician uses a specific technique and electric tools to meticulously clean, shape, and buff your nails and cuticles to perfection.
The secret behind the Russian Manicure is not only technique but also the fact that they use a rubber gel basecoat that protects your nails from the gel nail polish. Since I've uploaded this video, I've gotten a Russian Manicure every month for several months and my nails are as strong as ever and don't feel brittle or thin or weak because of the gel polish.
Disclaimer: This is just my personal experience and because there are electric tools involved you want to make sure you're going to a reputable salon.
I went to Muse Beauty Studio in Miami and loved the experience. In New York, I go to the One Professional and couldn't be happier with them.

You heard correctly 😐 This is more or less the price for this type of manicure in Miami/NYC and in NYC it tends to be a little bit higher. I’d love it to be lower BUT the girls spend a lot of time on the treatment and I know that rent, groceries etc just the cost of living in major cities is high so it feels fair after all the hours they spend on it ❤️

It's an e-file sis. She used an efile to remove the gel. I'm not sure if no one's ever done this to you before but its very useful.
