How did you import the character map into inkscape? I completed this tutorial. I just didn't add the benzier pieces to it because it seemed hard to get it just right.
I don't seem to have any of the fonts that folks are using for these types of videos. The last one used Script MT bold and its not there. Do you have any idea how to get more fonts? Thanks!

The character map is a utility included in the operating system (OS). Do you use Linux or Windows? For Windows users, you can watch this video on how to use the character map: ruclips.net/video/agnLcJCgOJs/видео.html For Linux users, you can access the character map by typing 'character map' in the start menu. Then, find the font name and search for 'Private Use Area'.
Can you please just work on your instructions a bit or have the mouse and keyboard actions shown on screen? It's hard to understand what you are saying at times. Overall great video though

it's from the current font by default. some fonts have glyphs, and some is not have the glyphs.
