TRANSLATION: "Hamamatsu Seisei High School Brass Band 'Hands Across the Sea' ". The Hamamatsu Seisei band is one of my favorites, highly entertaining, and conducted by a very engaging band director. They have very strong trumpet and trombone sections, which adds a lot of "punch" to their performances. They put on great shows year after year.
