heute wechsel ich bei einen 0CK/DL382 S-tronic Getriebe die
Filter im Schieberkasten.
Der muss dazu ausgebaut werden.

Nach der Probefahrt hat der ölstand gepasst? Hab jetzt paarmal gelesen bei 65 grad öl vom Getriebe nochmals kontrollieren 🤔
An observation if possible; after removing the filters, turn the mechatronic to drain all the used oil. He washes everything there with cleaning spray, blow it and put everything back impeccably clean. Or at least the used oil is absorbed.
wie ist das Drehmoment für die Ölwanne und den Schieberkasten ?
Hallo, ist der Filtertausch bei dem DL382 Getriebe ebenfalls alle 60.000 Km zu machen?
Kann mir nicht vorstellen das in der Audi Werkstatt beim ersten Getriebe Service die Filter getauscht werden....
Soweit ich weiß gibt es bei Audi keinen Intervall für die Filter. Ich tausche die Filter alle 120tsd.

Kann man das ATF Öl vom Schieberkreis nur tauschen oder kann man es auch spülen?

@@lochfrass1 It is simply not necessary to flush the ATF of DL382. As per EPC, the 0CK has an initial filling of 6.7L ATF, and you can change 3.5~4.0L of it on a single refilling according to the manual. If you chose to replace the filters as well, then about 5.0L ATF can be replaced.
When is necessary to do this ? How many km ? I changed only the oil 2 times until now but that filters 100% were not changed at Audi Dealership
The 3 filters do not need change according to the repair manual, but you can replace them as well as the MTF oil(which does not have a replace interval too) at any time, maybe the next time refilling transmission fluid, you can replace the ATF, filters and the MTF at the same time, and maybe even replace the aging rubber sealings(it is called transmission overhaul).
It is up to you.
The video does not show the screws of both pressure filters are properly renewed and torqued, which is not a good sign. There has been recalls on these screws which were not torqued correctly in factory, and the recall replace them with new parts before applying the correct torque.

Macht das Sinn Adaption durch zu führen, alle Filter und Öl gewechselt Audia4b9 diesel, 180000km gelaufen, das Problem ist es wenn ich untertour fahre ist unangenehm zu fahren, ab 1500 Umdrehungen wird besser

I'm confused, I have Audi A5 7.11.2016 2.0 Tfsi S tronic Quattro keynr: 0588-BIW00018 and my S tronic Gearbox have no filter , I just ordered complete kit together with sump and everything that need to be replaced but have no filter . Is European model. I also replaced Haldex oil and didn't see any filter. Gearbox code is 0G7
Here is the problem, you have to make sure which transmission your car has: Is it a DL382(A5 B9) or a DL501-7Q(A5 B8)?
If it is a DL382, everything is the same here.
It it is a DL501, then it probably has a plastic filter housing located outside the transmission, and the filter inside is required to replace with the ATF every 60,000 km. Some older DL501 variants do not have a replaceable filter, but they are not supposed to be one on your car. Note both ATF and MTF in DL501 are different from the ones in DL382(though DL382 inherits very similar lubrication conceptions from DL501), and they are not interchangeable.
Why you are talking about haldex fluid? It is never used in either DL382 or DL501

kann es sein das das Getriebe auch in einem Audi A6 4g 2.0 TDI ultra verbaut ist bj 2015 facelift ? ich meine nämlich das ich auch das 0ck habe

yes, it does have 0CK installed, and it is actually the first time a DL382 is used.
