2024 Race 7 - Victoria West

The FBHU race committee made the tough decision to move it's first Board race from Britstown to Victoria West as a result of weather conditions. A 490 km Middle Distance race, the birds undergo a true test of grit and determination en route home with many a fancier standing outside waiting to welcome home these amazing creatures. Board Race 1, Victoria West, illustrates the lengths to which all FBHU members have gone to to prepare their birds for these crucial Board races, ensuring their safe return.
Board Race 1 has been dedicated in Memory of the late Hoosain "Seinie" Bey, a pivotal member in Federated Board who's contribution over the years paved the way for the FBHU's status as the strongest Pigeon racing organization in the Western Cape.
