I’d just like to point out something not mentioned by the English Milgrammers, but has anyone noticed the prisoners’ clothes under their jackets?
Haruka has the same one as his MV
Yuno has her uniform on
Futa has the same as his MV
Mu has some designer clothes on
Shidou has his doctor uniform
Mahiru has a yellow dress and heeled sandals
Kazui’s in denim (can’t see the shirt) and has a designer watch
Amane also has her uniform and bag
Mikoto has a purple collared shirt with jeans
Kotoko has cropped shorts and some weird looking strapped shoes. (Can’t see shirt)
I think they were kidnapped not long after their murders.
I can only guess how, but I can say that the way they were brought in was somehow through Jackalope’s room.

僕は誕生日ごとの性格から考察してみました。
ハルカ
ミルグラムでは性格を偽っていて、実は高飛車な性格。
恐らく高学歴で、同級生にからかわれていて、耐えきれなくなり、殺害。
｢······バカな僕にも分かるように······｣の部分は、からかわれたことに対する皮肉だと思われる。
ユノ
バレないように水商売で金を稼いでいた。
しかし、ある日、高校で一番嫌い(恐らく生理的に)な教師が客として来て、水商売＋家族又は友人のことで脅迫られ、殺害。
しかし、彼女の言うヒトゴロシはこれではなく、彼女が思っているのは、水商売に明け暮れて、多額の借金を背負い自殺に追い込まれた人のこと。
その教師のことを、｢ヒト｣だとは思っていない。
フータ
不良グループのリーダー的な役を務めていたところ、メンバーの一部が小心な性格を嫌い、フータを罠にはめ、殺害をでっち上げられた。
ムウ
元々いじめられっ子で、それを気にした親が平和的な撃退方法を提案したものの、上手くいかず、最終的にムウ自身が全責任を負うことを自分から伝え、親が違法に取り寄せた銃でいじめていた子を銃殺。恐らく、銃を購入した時の名義はムウ自身で、購入方法なども、伝えられていたと思われる。
シドウ
近親者が殺し屋をしており、その人物に殺し屋としての才能を買われ、殺し屋として働いていた。
しかし、殺して何なるのかは全く分からぬままだった。
ところが、ある日、依頼された人物が、昔因縁のある人物だった。
そして、その人物を殺した時、殺すことの本当の価値を知った。
マヒル
彼氏持ちだったが、その恋に納得しきれていなかった。
ある日、その彼氏が乱心になり、(自分の中では)正当防衛で殺害。
しかし、告白された時以上に、その彼の死に顔、遺体に心がときめいた。
｢······もう、何もない·······｣のは、その遺体が破棄されていると思われるため。
もしかすると、単発ではない可能性がある。
カズイ
自営業をしており、中小企業の社長。
順調に進んでいたが、事業パートナーと意見が食い違い、
会社全体に悪影響を及ぼしかねないと見て殺害。
後悔は恐らく社員に対してのもの。
アマネ
虐待を受けていた、関西に私立小学生。
恩師(近所の人？)が心の支えだった。
恐らく、一度は警察沙汰になったがうやむやになり、｢頑張って耐える｣的な約束(決まり)をしていた。
｢······殺したことは、間違っていない······｣というのは、虐待していた親に対して。
｢······決まりを破って、ごめんなさい｣は、その恩師との決まりを破ったことに対するもの。
ミコト
恐らく記憶喪失の状態に陥っている。
心霊スポットへ友人を半ば強引に誘って入り、友人だけ犠牲になった。そのショックのあまり、記憶喪失になったと思われる。
なお、彼のみ、警察沙汰になっていないと思われる。
コトコ
高卒のフリーター。
冒険心が強く、ルーティーンワークは苦手。
そのため、勉強を続けることも苦手だったと思われる。
ある日、見知らぬクズ男に絡まれ、逃げようとした際、殺しにかかってきた。
しかし、(自分の中では)正当防衛で返り討ちにした。
そこで、殺すことの悦びを感じた。
マヒルと同じく、単発ではない可能性がある。

I want to point out something interesting here. It definitely seems that all of these glitches lines occur around the prisoners murders but when Mikoto says “my life… it wasn’t supposed to be this way…” he specifically uses the first person pronoun “boku” (僕) which we know is the first person pronoun Mikoto specifically uses, and John uses “ore” (俺). Lots of people assume that John is the murderer, but judging by this line it seems more likely that Mikoto did it.

idk if someone already said this before but i have a theory that kazui might be a sleepwalker and murdered in his sleep? because he keeps talking about dreaming and he looks like he wasnt planning on killing the person judging by how he's holding es in undercover mv in kind of a devastated/regretting manner.. yeah his song lyrics dont make any sense then, but then again yuno's don't make any sense either imo. so yeah i think there's a high chance that he's innocent

Futa: innocent (been framed or something. It's seems like he need follow the flow after what had happened)

imo I think:

I think the lines from Yuno's distorted tape is closest to "It's such a pain" when translated in English, meaning that she doesn't wanna be bothered. Since her personality is also pretty bright on the outside, I think that she doesn't wanna think much about overcomplicated topics.
And about her line that says 'you're gonna decide on what you like or hate' may be some kinda trauma she experienced in the past. I think she's experienced being shamed out of her friend circle/ being ignored or neglected by her friends, considering she's a high schooler, and based on her personality, pretty sure her friends would be the "trendy" and "popular" friends - those who like to gossip, makes enemies and talk crap about friends behind their back. Sometimes girls friendships can be complicated since they can be putting on masks, making it difficult who are friends or not.
Another way why she also said "It's such a pain", as in she finds it suffocating to be in a group of friends like that and probably decides to kill them, though pretty sure killing them would be too much from her character.
