Sir, greetings from Pakistan. Fantastic reactions - Fantastic song. Rahat Fateh Ali Khan comes from the family of legendary musicians who have been famous for their sufi music and Qawwalis. He is the nephew of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan, who is regarded as the king of qawwalis and sufi music. Nusrat was ranked as the one the greatest voices ever and is also famous for revolutionizing the Sufi music on modern lines while remaining true to its roots. His collaborations with Peter Gabriel, Michael Brooks, Jeff Buckley, Eddie Vedder and others are worth mentioning. Sir, yourself may consider reacting to his collaborations with international artists. His voice also appeared on the soundtrack of movies by Hollywood directors Martin Scorsese, Oliver Stone, and Tim Robbins. Amongst his fans were the "Rolling Stones", "Michael Jackson", and "Madonna" to name a few. Unfortunately, he passed away at the age of 49 in 1997. The legendary Rahat Fateh Ali Khan is trained by Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan and his vocal prowess is quite visible in this song from Coke studio season 1.
