This video told me what I needed to do after filling up a gas station and the ebrake would not disengage on my 2024 Chrysler Voyager (a company fleet vehicle).
This information saved me having to get it towed - and I’m back on the road. Will get it serviced under warranty. Thanks! BTW, I had to also disconnect the auxiliary battery to do the reset.

I don't have this problem much with me and my wife cars we have manually gear boxes and cable hand breaks are we in the U.K still Prefer manual transmissions but more new cars come with electric parking Breaks now my wifes 2003 Ford focus does not get driven has much my car is a 2015 1.6 diesel vaxhall astra which will average 56 mpg so it is are Main transport so he cars had Break dose stick on and comes off with a bang I tell her to leave it in Gear And leave the break off but you take no notice
