With Casey Deary aboard, Americasnexttopgun -- aka "Maverick" -- put together a winning reining run in the 2022 NRHA Derby.
Maverick is a son of the stallion Walla Walla Whiz and out of a mare that won the NRHA Futurity, Americasnextgunmodel.

It won’t hurt them. I do this with my horse all the time and he’s perfectly fine. They don’t get dizzy either.
