    1300 cc is roughly the same size as the Harley Evo motors of the late 80s & 90s. But the Fury is fuel injected & water cooled, should be good for a lot more power.

    I put a batwing fairing on mine. made a huge difference for me with wind and such. couldn't bring it to put an ugly windshield on it. I also put Risers, Seat, Pegs, Exhaust. Turned it into a way more comfortable beast!

    this was my first bike and i took my road test on it. found it easier to ride then my instructors bike. bike definitely does not like tight turns with long the long forks. aside from that i absolutely love this bike, expcept highway for long diatance . Wind does get to you without windshield

    I have a 2010 with Cobra Pipes, aftermarket fuel management, forced air and air ride in the rear. It's a great bike and would only trade it in for another one when/if the time comes. They're low cost, low maintenance long, low and loud bikes. Does it handle the greatest, no. Is it quick, a little. Is it a hoot to ride, makes you feel like a king of the road and do people ask me what it is all the time? Yes. When I want fast I ride the Z900 but when I want to just ride chill, sub 60mph, and boulevard cruising the Fury is probably the best bang for buck.

      @@sonnybikes First one I did was add a daymaker headlight. SLK makes one for about a hundred bucks and bolts right in. After that I did the Cobra Swept exhaust. Both mods were super easy, took about an hour a piece and made a huge difference.

    I got the same color Fury. You were riding on a really windy day so that would effect any bike when on a freeway 🛣️ or highway 🛣️. I have taken my Fury through a few states without a problem, know some people who’ve taken their Fury cross country. Honda Fury is dependable, reliable, & people always walk up to me & compliment it. Got a black Cobra PowerFlo Air Intake & black Cobra Speedster Swept exhaust, got a Wolverine gas tank protector & a Lamicall cellphone 📱 holder. By the way easiest bike to raise or lower in height. I wouldn’t trade my Fury for anything, it does great on the highway 🛣️.

    How do you know it's got a lot of power, you just were idling? Why would you say that it has lots of power? You were in a parking lot. So, you say the brakes suck, the steering is not very good either. What is good about this ugly FURY? Why are your feet so far out in front of you? No tight turns on that ugly yellow Honda! It doesn't sound very powerful. I was watching the speedometer and it definitely didn't accelerate quickly. I would take a Yamaha Bolt, I mean if I wanted a cruiser.

    • @sonnybikes
      @sonnybikes  4 дня назад

      @@seethingsclearlyawaken3424 I’m confused why you’re even here lmfao. Throttle response, very little gas gives very strong acceleration, easy parking lot assessment. I don’t do 0-60s full throttle in these motorcycles because they aren’t mine. Any motorcyclist with any experience can tell if there is low end power on the first movement of the throttle. Brakes require more stopping time due to the weight of the bike, steering is poor only in slow tight areas. To each their own. Thanks for engaging!

      It makes as much sense as any other japanese "American" bike. Like the look but not the headache, get a Honda. But they'll bever be seen as a real bike from a Harley riders perspective.

      @@criley2723I know a guy that has had an interchangeable collection of Harley’s over the past 18 years (including a V-Rod). He also has (and absolutely loves) a Honda VTX 1800 and a VTX 1300, so I guess the concept of a ‘real motorcycle’ depends on the Harley rider (or perhaps how many episodes of Sons of Anarchy they’ve seen 😂)
