Javed Ahmed Ghamidi is a Pakistani Muslim theologian, a Quran scholar, and an educationist. Mr. Ghamidi is a student of Maulana Amin Ahsan Islahi and Maulana Abul A’la Maududi. Mr. Ghamidi has authored several books, including the bestseller ‘Meezan’, in which he presents a comprehensive treatise on the entire content of Islam. 27:42 can you please explain Hadith 5081 in the context of this? It seems Muhammad PBUH himself sent the proposal? Stating Aisha is lawful for me to marry?
Very enlightening talk by a scholar of repute. However in case of Prophet's ( pbh) marriage with Zenab binat Jaish, though Qur'an is very explicit about the background as Ghamidi Sb has explained, but certain Muslim Sufis like Ali Hajveri have deviated from this stated position of Nabi AS, carrying stamp of Allah SWT. He has accused in his book "Kashaful Mahjoob" that Nabi AS once saw Zenab in state of Sukr and developed liking for her ( in other words with lustful eyes , NB) and as a result Allah declared Zainab as Haram for Zaid and she was handed down to Nabi AS.
This is a wild sort of accusation against not only the Holy Prophet SAW but amounts to negating the Qur'an and refuting Allah SWT. What actually Ali Hajveri attempted through such distorted version is
that he wanted to justify his claim as Sofi and various stages of Sofiism ( self innovated) which even the Prophets have to pass through.
One feels pity on such type of interpretation or distortion of Qur'an. Its outright blashfamy. I hope Ghamdi Sahib will put some light on this.
