Your family members are such good sports to go along with your ideas. Great video!

My car got smashed into two weeks ago. I’ve been car free since. I have two e bikes, work from home but go to the gym daily and do grocery and other shopping. No issues other than my seat being stolen at Walmart

As a mobility disabled Senior citizen I am able to take my ebike into my local Fred Meyer store 3.2 miles away and use it just like a shopping cart for grocery shopping. I had no issue until about a year and a half later with a certain greeter that prevented me from entering, After that incident instead of being discouraged I contacted the company, discussed my situation in an email and am now able to enter under an ADA Case number and the company's authorization that I am allowed to do so I printed out the documentation so I carry it with me on my ebike. The store manager was notified so that the employees know that I am allowed in there with my ebike. That way I don't have to worry about my ebike being tampered with or stolen. I did have a conversation with another customer who had his ebike stolen right outside the store even though it was locked up. The thieves just broke the lock and took his ebike.

@@m9078jk3 That's too bad that you had resistance in being allowed to use your bike as a shopping cart. I've been using my bike as a shopping cart for groceries for a while now and it's been a great way to keep an eye on my bike, and doesn't take up any more room than a shopping cart. Glad you got it sort of resolved at least.

I put the Lectric bike cover over my bike and use the two big holes to put my U-Lock through the front wheel and lock it to metal in a public busy place. But the big thing is, out of sight, out of mind. Oh and lock your seat to your metal frame too. My thick lock wire goes through seat, back wheel and that triangle space right by the pedals. Plus I activate my bike alarm too. I also use an Apple Tag.

We do this everyday, in winter. Take kids to school everyday, and is our only transportation. Orbitor is essential with kids...

A few tips for a fellow Utahn riding in the cold. A ski helmet and ski goggles with a scarf or balaclava(if a motorcycle helmet feels a little too extreme) when needed, and investing in some pogies/bar mitts to keep the hands warm all can do wonders. Also I think you mentioned, but a front rack would definitely help with the storage situation. And a generation recommendation, writing to your city council encouraging better and more protected/separated bike lanes. I think it's hard to go completely car-free for most people in Utah currently, but more people able to reduce car trips, and the potential of going from a two to one car household would definitely help the area a lot.

This is great and all But companies need to follow Suit with the offroad capabilities of the Tern orox cargo. We can all agree tho that the tern orox could be made much cheaper I the $2000.00 range with a longer rack like the rad wagon 4. Also a bike like this that has 100 miles range should be capable of throttle only like the anokii A8 and similar Walkee long range bikes. I believe it only makes sense to sell folding 100 watt solar pannels with a efficient mppt charger included to keep charged while camping. Thiers over 1000 videos of people charging with pannels and mppt controller. If you haven't checked out the capabilites of the Tern Orox take the time to watch the videos off its offroad capabilities range and massive weight and storage capacities. I believe all ebike channels need to start speaking about this as it wouldn't take long to manifest the ultimate offroad all terrain adventure cargo bike for around $2000 - $3000 Every company needs to start making what the Tern Orax is capable of but better and cheaper! Also fat tires for beach sand is a must! Lets go!!!! 😊

I'm sorry man that thing's junk get yourself an aerial Rider grizzly dual motor dual battery that baby flies only problem is it's $3,000 Plus but it's worth every dime and I have built a custom trailer hitch for my little kid trailer so I can carry a lot of groceries
No more burning gasoline and she could be boosted up to 37 mi an hour
This is the best bike for me compared to the rest for the price point
