I feel you on the dairy too. I try to limit how much dairy I consume. It doesn’t bloat me as bad as for you, but it just makes me feel laggy. Coconut milk for the win. Haha.

Yours and Maggie's relationship with food and fitness has gotten so much better in the past year and it's incredible to see and I find it so inspiring. I know as women it is SO easy to let diet culture and social media dictate how we should look, eat, etc., but to do what is best for YOU and not focus on just "looks," but what fuels your body and how it makes you feel is so important. I'm happy to see you guys develop healthier, sustainable habits. You two genuinely look so happy and healthy at this point in your life and we LOVE to see it!

Emma probably won’t see this but for everyone in the comments if you’re looking for a great blow dry brush you should try the blow dry brush from t3. I switched from the revlon and I’m so happy! It has five different heat settings so you don’t kill your hair, three different air speeds (low, medium, high), a cool setting and an ion setting for smoother hair that you can turn on and off. Plus two different attachments (a round brush and a paddle brush). It’s so worth the upgrade if you use a blow dry brush all the time and you’re tired of burning your hair

I feel bad you and Maggie have similar feelings about not liking Boston! I’ve lived here for 6 years but have chosen locations where I can walk everywhere! North end and Harbor Towers, highly suggest! I hate driving in the city lol. I think it’s easy to feel like you need to go out all the time but you don’t need to! I’m such a homebody and grew up in the burbs, and know how you feel!

Where’s the puffer jacket from?
With the skin care, your skin could just be purging (which is a good thing, it means the product is working and just pushing out all the gunk in the deeper layers of skin) or you could be having a reaction to one of the ingredients causing skin dermatitis. Purging only lasts a couple weeks, skin dermatitis is a reaction to an allergy!!!

No, I wasn't being noisy in my apartment and some people make noises upstairs constantly. I am the type of quiet guy who tends to watch movies or even videos. I am aware of the fact that you were busy with your schedule until you are home for a little bit.
