Yeah, this is just my opinion, but I would not do my oil like this lady is telling you to do. I’ve actually bought a training kit from this lady and they are, I don’t mean to be rude but pathetically weak you definitely need to incorporate the mushroom into the oil And increase heat do your research simply using this method will not produce a quality truffle oil
1:17 every Chef I’ve ever talked to said that EVOO is way too strong a flavor to be using to make truffle oil out of
Exactly. Reputable truffle oil makers like La rustichella uses quality olive oil due to its Mild taste but not evoo. They could if they wanted.
Hmm just what I was looking for
That's good!

Thanks for interesting video Julie. Can the truffles be steeped in oil for a period of time or does that have negative effects?
I used to make oil this way and think it gives a deeper aroma. However there is a real danger of botulism so I had to knock that on the head
Hello it’s Alice love you great vid ❤❤
@@itzalicegaming Hi Alice I love you too.
Can you just mix truffle and olive oil in the blender
Not unless you intend to use it within a week. There is a danger of botulism
