Sir, Iam not a lawyer but I have been watching your videos learning from long time. Thankyou for explaining the law and law practice so wonderfully. Sir, I have a civil suit pending in before the Hon'ble high court of Karnataka, and the same in final hearing stage. At this time my advocate is out of the country who is not ready to argue the case online and the Hon'ble Judge is not ready to adjourn the case because it is RSA of 2006. Now I have briefed the assistant lawyer about my case who appeared in front of lordship could not argue the case effectively because, this is his first argument in the court not really fully understood the case. Other side argument is pending and we need to reply after. At this moment iam being worried and scared about my case like to take the argument further since I know everything about my case and I feel I will be able to present the case better. And also I have made the synopsis and my said advocate submitted the same in the court. Sir please give me your expert opinion and the same may give me breathing strength. Thankyou sir
Sir Himachal Pradesh High Court mai ek case hai CWP 5041/2020, jismai abhi high court ne Chalan pesh karne ko kaha hai, iske baad case ka kya stage hoga please bataeye.
