U like a film that’s as close to The factory shade as possible, I’ve used Xpel for last 3yrs n it’s basically bang on for matching. Also lifetime warranty from any fading, colour change and obviously manufacture defects. It’s 2mill film and also provides some security side of that. Can u say this film is up there in terms of warranty like Xpel and 3m
I'm new to tinting, but I think it depends on the quality of the tinting film. I'd assume that shrinking it will make for a better fit and add to it's longevity

Real question, why are you having to shrink the film to begin with? Thicker seems like a good thing from the customers perspective?
