As a single black man, living in L.A, making 6 figures, I appreciate this show! There is literally NO OTHER media with this perspective that is so candid. Single Black Men have a voice that has been undermined so it's refreshing to hear something I can identify with, especially about the tumultuous dating scene. I can relate to many of the topics you all discussed and I'm looking forward to the next episode.
Hey Kirk 😉🥰
As an engaged mexican man in Los Angeles I feel the same
I agree! Here's another

Big facts
"the person who is good for your soul may not be the most attractive to you" - dont miss that one
Ghosting is emotionally immature. Hard conversations are a part of life 😭
Truth. Ghosting is some punk shit. Just grow up, have the difficult conversation. Communicate. We grown.
Agreed
Ghosting is cowardly. Who cares if it’s awkward man up
No guest, just Ian and Shoty keeping it real.
Without child support enforced most ninjas won’t pay. Listen!!! Ian knows what he’s talking about ✔️ it’s facts.
I don't understand why you would ghost someone you're in an actual "relationship" with. If it's not working out just have the conversation. The ability to communicate anything coming to an end (romance, business, friendships, etc) is a skill set all adults should have. And feedback from those type of conversations can be hidden gems.
Absolutely. Be an adult and have a closing conversation. Then you end on a respectable level.
it's ignorant and cowardly to ghost
This is an essential conversation about child support. People need to take parenting classes frfr.
Unfortunately they will never reform this 😢 smh 🤦♂️
This is how you know you are Secure within yourself because you Should be able to have a Conversation about anything if you are Communicating Consistent and Committed PERIOD!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
I agree. As an adult communication is required...not a fan of ghosting...good show though.
My favorite Finance channels: Earn Your Leisure, Stock Brotha, & Wallstreet Trapper. Make my week complete! 🔥 🔥 🔥
28:40 “and don’t put me in your clickfunnels” 😂😂😂
I’m now catching this episode at 5am and I’m on the floor rolling. Protect your peace and mental health at all cost.
I have 50/50 custody and have full educational decision making through the courts so they go to my school district while the mother moved to the state across but I still have to pay child support. I’ve been involved in my kids life since they were born. What I found out is that the state is incentivized to keep kids and parents in the child support system.
Some people need to ask themselves daily if they're pouring into their significant other or taking from them.
I cannot stand that I love Ian so much. Why is he like this? 😂 😂
Lmaoooo
Cause he’s a Leo and it just be like that lol
I agree with Rashad on the relationship thing. If we not rockin 💍 , I'm not rollin like that. Keep it private!
“They argue with us about index funds working” 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Shoty's description of the clout demon is hilarious!! 😂 ya'll have me cracking up in the middle of the office 😅 ladies, please take this man's advise and step away from the camera😂😂😂
Why is Shad called Shoty?
Parenting classes are only given when the kids are taken away. But not before. I always thought that was weird.
That’s not true. My ex tried to get custody of our child after I filed for child support and the court requested mandatory parenting classes for both of us since we both were going after custody and he has never been a part of our child’s life. He never even showed up, but I successfully completed it, so custody stayed with me. If you’re talking about in cases involving social services, yes, they take the kids away first, then require you to take classes to get your kids back in every story I’ve heard or read about regarding that type of stuff. So what you said is true in that type of situation.
@@elizabeths2677 Regardless it’s not given ahead of time. Parenting classes should start in high school, like around the time they learn sex ed. So court stuff wouldn’t be an issue. Prevention is key.
There are some many things I believe should be taught about basic adulting(home economics, coping skills, etc..) starting in middle school let alone high school. In addition to the idea that every child should graduate high school with an associate or some technical training certificate( for free).
How come it’s okay for a mother to be 100% responsible for the child with probably 95% of her income going to support her child who resides with her, who she cares for, provides for, raises & nurtures, but the Dad gets to pay a small percentage and doesn’t have the other responsibilities that come with raising a child. Smdh.
How come it’s okay for these fathers out here who do have their child but still have to pay child support that’s what needs to be talked about smdh
Y'all crazy for this one. The black out ✊🏿 podcast is a cool premise, I'm glad you guys grew an audience to start doing shows like this one.
Ian & black woman commentary 🤣🤣🤣
This is literally the best show on the planet, lol
“If you wear fake jewelry, I can’t trust you.” 😂😂😂 this is Quality entertainment
I appreciate Rashad bringing a thorough NY dude’s perspective to all the dating topics lol
I am a woman,I don't see anything wrong with a woman investing in herself, (ie)business etc.
Excellent analysis
Boyce we love you we need you on market Mondays. You where the start of my financial journey wayyy back in 2018
All great topics, guys; however, personal responsibility is key IN LIFE PERIOD, and we've got to continue having "Actions and consequences" conversations 💯🎯
Rashad for president 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I was raised to always have some money with me just in case. My mom would give us money as kids when we went somewhere with people who weren't our parents. She just didn't assume that they would pay. Even my best friend whose parents told my mom they're paying for everything. Mama still sent money. Lol! I do that for my kids too. Things shouldn't be assumed. It's not fair to the person.
As a married brother children, I can't relate to much of the show's content. However, there are plenty of issues affecting the African American community that need to be addressed unfiltered... I wish you all the best with this one.
Child support has crippled me for a decade I’m a top worker never got in trouble not even a speeding ticket but my baby moms can buy make up and snacks with half my check it’s the worste thing about my life and I pray they stop that program doesn’t seem so free to me especially with the child support agency getting a cut of my labor to it’s horrible
I 💯 respect you and what your doing for the culture 💯
I agree don't leave home without cash in your pocket. you never know what might happen.
I love the energy of this new show
A grown man ghosting? You shouldn't be dating. Put your big boy pants on and have a conversation. You're allowed to decide that u need to move on.
On Child Support Reform: Its a sensitive subject but much needed.
However, most people can't afford Child Support if they earns less than $50K a year.
Listen, that hardship mentality is passed to the parents and on to the children. Great topic!
This the EYL version of nightcap & I love it 😂 keep doing ya thing fellas 👏🏾🔥
This was fun. Great conversation
Love it Mane, Good Game on Child Support Foreal
"Post em and Ghost em" 😂💀 Shoty with the golden gun one shot kill
Big city dating perspectives are interesting when you’re from a smaller Midwestern city 😂 I personally can’t agree with the ghosting opinion but def enjoy this show, y’all cover really good topics and still drop gems 💎 bueno 👌🏾💜
Great show love it!!!
I love this form of show.
The ghosting part is wild lol...rocking with the show and waiting on Umar tho 🤣
Child support should default to 50/50 custody, therefore there isn’t a a monetary need or judgment for either party
Your approach to prenups is exactly how I discussed it with my woman prior to us getting engaged. The only reason we probably aren’t getting one is because after speaking to an attorney in my state, I learned she can’t come after anything that’s mine and vice versa, if we were to split…she’s only entitled to what we accumulate during the marriage..which I think is fair to split.
Great episode guys!
What’s y’all take when it comes to dating women with kids …what boundaries is set when dating her involving her kids…would enjoy to see y’all discuss about it
FYI_thanks for the "marketing and branding" info. Great Topic!
Great show!
Being a parent should definitely be taught in schools. It is an essential life skill with a ripple effect. Will definitely take the time to learn it before having a kid
This is a great show
Another great episode especially the child support topic
This podcast is needed

Love the show!!! However, Rashad how you ghosting a serious conversation like a break up????😂😂 this really shocked me about you.
Great show👏👏👏. 🤣🤣🤣@ bonnets and durags
In regards to ghosting specifically if you’re in a relationship with someone…the karma on that will be felt unfortunately when you REALLY care or love someone and they do it to you. I hate that for you! Lol
Fire fire fire!!
Loved this
Real game as always! We know Ian talking about piss man (Pee Diddy) lol. But I understand you guys want to keep that relationship good! Good work to y'all regardless
I'm DEFINITELY getting a prenup and having your whole bloodstream checked, lol
30:36 hahahahaha I’m crying “I’ll sue you”
Nice! Y'all covered a full spectrum of talking points; 1) prenups are for men who CHOOSE the Wrong woman to marry and men who INSIST on choosing to marry a non-wife. Additionally, If your person isn't vetted by the Holy Spirit, that's not your person. Child Support needs reformation. Parenting classes 🤌🏿 Solid show, Kings 👊🏿👊🏿
Nah the set is CRAZY 🔥🔥🔥
Now we not gone act like we don’t understand WHY she said a woman should keep at least 6 months of cash reserves. I don’t know if it should be cash but it should be easily accessible for her to be able to get to.
Later in the show a few more episodes some call in would be perfect! Like a Dave Ramsey type thing.
Pleeeeeeeeeeeeas!!! Sign this NDA
Bonnet and Durag time lol 1:09:46

“A checkered past” IS CRAZYYY‼️‼️😭😭
I knew it couldn’t be just me ghosting is the most efficient method 😂
them air treasons are nasty work🤮
13:46 they look like shoes Highlander would wear
“Get in that cry bag” is crazy 😂
I appreciate Ian’s balanced thinking…
That’s what we need to talk about😅Fani and Wade
Hate that I didn’t catch this live! Can’t laugh and commentate appropriately 😢
On the parenting subject. Definitely is hard when you did not have a dad there with you consistently. First big mistake that gets the ball rolling is having kid too early and/or wrong woman. Same thing the other way around. I think a lot of young ladies stunt their growth by dealing with low-quality men. I learned a lot from my first kids moms. I feel like Corey Holcomb bout that situation.
On the “paying for your girlfriends” - you should come ready to pay for you and your kids. If someone offers, great. But don’t assume.
