I replaced the "tires" wheels with ones from Amazon that are rollerblading wheels. They sell for office chairs on packs of 5. They are silent and you never have to pick hair from them again.

Yes! Washing floors on hands & knees! Yes, yes, yes! Once a year I take my husband, 3 kids, and 3 nieces to pick Saskatoon berries at a farm 20 minutes away. Two hours of my life that looks like yours!😆 We enjoy Saskatoon berry jam, pies, and muffins all winter long.😋

Found out the hard way :/ Safer bone options are raw chicken (or turkey) feet & & necks or even smaller whole hens. I had no clue those small red cherries, think you wrote Nanking cherries, were edible. I always passed those up as a kid because had been told they were posionious. 🤦♀️

When I was in 8th grade, in California, USA (I live in Texas, USA now) my English teacher made homemade root beer in our class for a party one day. It was very good and I have always wanted to make some as an adult. (Yes I can just go to the store and buy it but that just isn’t as fun). Anytime I have mentioned this to someone they act like I am crazy and say root beer can’t be made at home. It warmed my heart to see you making it here! I received my copy of “New Morning Mercies” this week; I ordered it after hearing you mentioned it in one of your videos. I’ve been enjoying it very much. I really enjoy your videos and your outtros are so good, they are the only ones on RUclips I don’t skip.
I hope you had a wonderful birthday! I always love the glimpses into the garden. I have a (very very small) garden I am growing for myself. It is amazing to see such a large garden operation and how smoothly it seems to run! Of course, you all have to feed the colony, whereas my garden just supplements some meals for my husband and I. I guess if I had to feed a whole colony, my garden would get bigger too!!
