They are gonna make longer fights e.g. God Event Boss Rush. I think you are underestimating the bosses HP against less offensive heavy teams. I think they did a great job designing these as they can be longer events with less phases.

One thing I love about teq ui is that you can still bring him in fights that disable dodge,because of his damage reduction and guard but you do have to get hit first,which is not a big deal after you quad super and go from 350k to like 800k with 60% damage reduction, plus Phy ssj trios 77% def support and his own domain
Truth my man if every unit on your team was at 55% like most FTP players you wouldn't BLITZ through the event and you would have time to transform with TEQ UI. Having every unit at 100% is like playing a different game than the rest of us
Right around 7:44 when the turn changes, he immediately knows the AGL UI Goku's revive is active, but how? Does something on the screen show it or is it just because he knows he did things to meet the conditions for it? TBFH I've (VERY casually) played the game on and off for 5+ years, but never really realized it was as intricate as it is. I always just tossed the favorite characters together to play. But now I've gotten to the point that I'm just bashing my teams against the brick walls that are some of this late-game content and I'm unable to complete a lot of it. So, I'm trying to kinda re-learn/learn for the first time how the games actually supposed to be played. Things like what some of these little icons around the character pics mean, or how to work rotations/what rotations work for what characters, etc.
when i was on the last phase teq ui in base took only 180k from a super which is a 4 million super i believe keep in mind he was in BASE and no support or domain was up
It's a 3 150 000 super since the calcs is 2 700 000 + 900 000 x 0.5 = 3 150 000 and it's mathematically impossible to take 180k with goku with no support and no domain so you probably use a whis without paying attention because that's exactly the damage you did take after super: (( 2 700 000 + 900 000 × 0,5 ) × 0,45 × 0,8 - 800 000 ) × 0,5 = 167 000 damage And yeah 800 000 def here is around what Goku can have so perfect 👍

I mean, gogeta's strenght is his dodge, combined to his barrage of attacks. The boss cancelling dodge means that he cancel one of gogeta's strenghts. Also: it wouldn't really matter in this case, but truth always rotates off gogeta as soon as possible, making him stack only once and thus lowering gogeta's defence (i'm not saying he wouldn't get hit hard, but it would be lower than 250k per normal).
Not only that, since Ui also has a 100% dodge the first turn he transforms. He also has like a 97% to chance dodge fully build up with his extra evasion once hp is 50% or below.

to be completely fair, as an f2p i no item the stage multiple times with not much difficulty. It is the hardest boss event in the game, yet it is not hard enough for me to be doing complex math and predictions.
I think running double Beast in this fight to protect UI turn 3 and 4 against Evo and then destroying him with UI last turn is the way to go. Also the fact that the second UI will be a sitting duck for the whole fight should be considered.

Raw defense is really useful to be able to tank some of the strongest SAs even when he doesn't dodge. Dodge gives you at MOST 7% chance to dodge. Raw defense is actually his most important part for defense.
@@mohams151 Nope, Ui Goku has been way more consistent to me than vegeta. An good example is on this stages where the enemy hits hard right off the back. Ui has barely gotten hit and once he dodges he gets more untouchable. He basically gets up to 100% dodge every turn. Combine that with LR teq UI’s extra 10% dodge and LR agl Ui starts with 87% chance to dodge and gets to 100% after dodging 2 times. I don’t see how an unit that dodges everything and takes literally 0 damage is worse than one that needs to get hit in order to get 80% reduction. Edit: You can argue about vegeta doing a bit more damage, yet is isn’t a extremely big difference. Vegeta’s revive is better because Ui has the better defensive mechanic which is why he needed to get nerfed via losing stats the longer the fight and a slightly worse revive.
@@saitama...4959 Because sometimes dodge fails. It happens to basically everyone. If you take the average, you have more chance loosing the fight by UI not dodging than with Vegeta. Even when Vegeta gets hit instantly, in most cases he lives, only the 3.5M are straight up killing him instantly. He does more damage, after attacking you don’t have to gamble, he lives everything, his revive being more consistent saves the team more often than UI. UI also looses a good amount of stats with HP which matters. Again they are close but Vegeta has a slightly better kit because it’s more consistent.

Raw defense is really useful to be able to tank some of the strongest SAs even when he doesn't dodge.
Dodge gives you at MOST 7% chance to dodge.
Raw defense is actually his most important part for defense.

Agree, yet is is unnecessary to bring that out on a video that has 0 correlation with LR agl Ui or Evo vegeta.

@@mohams151 Nope, Ui Goku has been way more consistent to me than vegeta. An good example is on this stages where the enemy hits hard right off the back. Ui has barely gotten hit and once he dodges he gets more untouchable. He basically gets up to 100% dodge every turn. Combine that with LR teq UI’s extra 10% dodge and LR agl Ui starts with 87% chance to dodge and gets to 100% after dodging 2 times. I don’t see how an unit that dodges everything and takes literally 0 damage is worse than one that needs to get hit in order to get 80% reduction.
Edit: You can argue about vegeta doing a bit more damage, yet is isn’t a extremely big difference. Vegeta’s revive is better because Ui has the better defensive mechanic which is why he needed to get nerfed via losing stats the longer the fight and a slightly worse revive.
@@saitama...4959 Because sometimes dodge fails. It happens to basically everyone. If you take the average, you have more chance loosing the fight by UI not dodging than with Vegeta. Even when Vegeta gets hit instantly, in most cases he lives, only the 3.5M are straight up killing him instantly.
He does more damage, after attacking you don’t have to gamble, he lives everything, his revive being more consistent saves the team more often than UI. UI also looses a good amount of stats with HP which matters.
Again they are close but Vegeta has a slightly better kit because it’s more consistent.
