Hello, I have been facing some bleeding issues, mostly black inks bleed into lighter color of the mousepad, can you please let me why it happens or how to fix it? Thanks!
Hello! This size mat is meant for large format production. However, if you have a smaller press, you can do sections on your press, just make sure you do not overlap your image.
The item is white so there is not any ink in those areas where white is to show through. Black is created by the inks and white point is created by the actual white fabric/polyester that receives the ink.
@@CoastalBusinessSup so i dabble in heat transfer but wanting a cheap sublimation set up to help a mat with gaming mats but he wants a black mat but his business logo has white
The mat is designed to accept the ink therefore you will have ink to turn the white mat black and where there is no ink it will remain the white of the original blank.
Hello, S R! We used the Hix foam pad on the bottom platen, next we covered with a few layers of Kraft paper, then placed the mat next, with our Sublimation transfer on top.
We do sell the 44x64 pad for the HIX LF4464. This is a special order item. Please contact our CoastalPRO team at 1-800-562-7760, option 4 for additional information and pricing.

The easy way: put water on it then let it dry then boom
How come the heat pressed image/color isn't going onto your stitched edges? Are you doing anything in particular to make that happen?
I think It might be either A: because it's not a polyester material in the stitching, or B: blacks usually don't sublimate well
Does the surface of the mouse pad become rough after sublimation?
I also curious about that
Any affordable heat press with that size?

Hello, I have been facing some bleeding issues, mostly black inks bleed into lighter color of the mousepad, can you please let me why it happens or how to fix it?
Thanks!
Hello! Are you removing the transfer paper immediately after pressing? You could also be over pressing, a reduction in time/temperature may be needed.

"How to Sublimate the Extended 35" x 16" Gaming Mouse Pad"
First, purchase £10,000 worth of equipment. Then you're good to go.
You can do this with any heat press. Just need to do sections
@@dustmicks1 It's really dependant on your image. Some images will really show up where the sections join.
