I think those sort of videos are captivating to people because they want to see things from a professional hackers perspective. There are a lot of videos along the lines of "Teenage Hacker Steals Millions in Bitcoin". If you made a video reacting to it while providing your insight, I think it would make good content. In addition to reaction type videos, just videos of you explaining major hacking events, breakthroughs, news, concepts and things of that nature would be fascinating to hear about from somebody with your hackground* (That was a mistype but the pun's good so it stays.)
