- In this video, we're looking at 'warzone crash to desktop fix', and a method shared with me on discord to fix the cod warzone crashing issue. This is a quick but effective fix for SOME users. I don't know what the root cause of the issue is, but this seems to help some people. I do hope this warzone crash fix helps you!

mine has been not crashing but just closes to desktop from main menu with no error codes and what i dont get is its done this for over 6 months and on 3 different pcs so wtf does that say???? its not my computers
@@Boombox198719 legit i have the same problem, it doesnt say that it crashed or anything, it just closes while im loading the game, sometimes i get to main menu sometimes i dont, but it just closes like nothing hapent, i tried every thing that is posible and nothing helped, idk what to do. First time i downloaded the game i had this problem, the after sometime it somehow fixed, few days ago i played for like 2-3 weeks in total, and just now i got this fucking problem again

I have the same problem. I used to play the game all the time like everyday. And one day I started streaming and it just crashed to desktop no error code. And I just don’t know what to do. I’ve tried literally everything and followed every youtube video and it still doesn’t work. I’ve even contacted Activision but they don’t care and haven’t reached back to me. I just don’t know what to do anymore I love this game.
I was facing this issue for maybe more than 2 months and I was sick of it and I stopped playing the game cause the crashing was unreal and I tried all the methods that were available online. But for real this one worked for me thank you so much bro!!

Go to ingame settings and turn off Cache Sun shadows and Cache spot shadows under graphics.

It works, I forgot I stopped the extra file paging when I changed my hard drive. Now works perfectly. (Lenovo legion 5 2021 3070)

I have the same pc components, with 3600 mhz RAM, but the game is crashing when I try to play with 3600 mhz ram frequency and now I’m using 2199 MHz to be able to play...on xmp mode the game is crushing after 5 minutes because the ram frequency is going to 3600..any advice guys?

If your WZ is crashing trying to start up from Blizzard it could also possibly be your motherboard needs to have the BIOS updated. Worked for me.

bro i installed the game 3 days ago.When i wanna play duos it says lost connection to the host and when i try to play quads or anything else it just quits me to desktop and this method still does not work.

every time i click play on warzone it loads says playing now and then a couple seconds later it stops and says play again

It looks like it doesn't work for me either, my default was higher then 10000 but did it anyway along side with other methods ( scan and repair, reinstalling shaders I even tried to move it to another HDD but I couldn't for some reason) but it still crashes and it's not the PCs fault. Looking forward for a solution

ever since the Warzone season 3 update, when i would launch warzone from battlenet it would reboot my pc. I have a 5950x, 3090fe, 32gb trident neo 3600mhz and a 850w corsair psu. Before the update warzone was working fine with no problem and double checked that all drivers and updates were up to date @Geekrar

This doesn't work, tried all the RUclips video fixes and reddit fixes to no avail. Uninstalled warzone, reinstalled and nothing. I'm losing my mind over this. Haven't been able to play since yesterday. Yesterday I got a random update for warzone and it hasn't worked since. I'm beginning to think there is something wrong with this update. my problem was that I Just finished installing the game and whenever I would start it, it crushes after 20 sec and goes back to Battlenet launcher, I tried literally everything from scanning and repairing to updating drivers, to geforce experience syncing ext, nothing work, nothing, except this mentionned in the video, so ty so much sir

Hey I think I found a fix why Warzone wont launch. I've been playing Warzone on PC since January when I first built My PC.
Just 2weeks ago there was a windows update & battle net update. I don't remember which one I updated first but ever since then Warzone will not Launch. I tried un install warzone & reinstall that didn't work. I tried un install Nvidia Graphics drivers and reinstall that didn't work.
My last resort was to do a Reset on my PC Meaning going through windows settings and under the storage setting you can Reset PC and have your PC delete all app & it will Re install Windows 10 automatically. After downloading Windows it restarted my PC a few times before I was able to Log in . I then installed my McAfee anti-virus. ArmouryCrate is a software for my asus motherboard I Re installed that and make sure to pay attention to what drivers your downloading. For instance Norton security was apart of the up update but if you have a anti virus software already just unchecked the Norton security box. From there I let ArmouryCrate update all the drivers. From there I reinstalled battlenet & Warzone last night. This morning it Launched with no problems.. Let me know if this helped or not I can explain more but since I reset my computer & reinstalled all Apps & Driver Manually Warzone Launched for the first time in 2weeks .

One way to fix the crash is to uninstall Kite on your system if you have downloaded it. Fixed the crash instantly
what are you using Kite for? never of heard of it
@@Geekrar it's an app that gets downloaded with Bitvise SSH Client (Putty), it's for DevOps and Machine Learning. A lot of people on the Kite GitHub page as well as on reddit were talking about this warzone crash issue, even disabling Kite from the task manager doesn't fix it, but once you uninstall Kite, warzone stops crashing. Happened to me over the weekend and couldn't figure it out at all until I saw the forum
I have problems in the game, when I am in a game everything goes well without problems but sometimes I go to the configuration menu and it is at that moment where the pc is spawned, the pc slows down, the cpu time response goes up, the fps goes down, could you help me?

Nvm fixed when I relocated the game folder in blizzard :)
@@karenpinto8659 i play on laptop with external hdd, so i disconnected the hdd and connected it back while my laptop was on, so there was the locate option in blizzard.
Its below install option says 'Locate the game'
