PLEASE NOTE: RATIOS MAY DIFFER FROM THOSE IN MY MIXING VIDEO & THE ENAMEL HAS BEEN UPDATED..
I adjust according to the reaction I'm after for each pour.
DETAILS FOR YOU:
Pearl colours: Opal & Pink -Jo Sonja, Jade - Jo Sonja & Ice Blue - Folk Art, Peach - Reeves & Pearlescent White - Jo Sonja, all mixed with PPM & water to thin like cream.
Pour Over colour: Metallic Silver - Lumiere & Pale Gold - Jo Sonja, mixed with PM
White Pearl Mix:
1 part Splashes water-based enamel Gloss
1 part Monte Marte white student acrylic
4 parts PM
water to thin, like cream.
(PPM) Pearl Pouring Medium:
1 Part Accent Strong base Gloss enamel water-based. (untinted)
3 parts PM
(PM) Pour over - pouring medium
1 Part Golden Gloss pouring medium or Liquitex gloss pouring medium
3 parts Australian Floetrol.
I add colour to my mediums until I am happy with them, I don't measure.
Water was added to Pearl colours for consistency.
No water is added to my pour-over colours unless using heavier-bodied paint.
If water is needed I use distilled water, as leftovers keep better.

Hi Deb 👋 I've being doing paint pouring I the north island for about 2 years now I think your pearl mix is far more manageable than what I been doing mine has uncontrollable pearls that just go everywhere you can't have any bre conception of what you want so I appreciate this video and your teachings very much I had also been planning a RUclips channel too but way to shy 🤭 I find I my circle of friends thay are sick of hearing about my paintings some have completely banned me from talking about them at all party poopers I noticed alot of the people you watch and admire there art are the same Sarah Taylor etc... I also love Jessica Winterstrom but she does very different art to me very little acrylic paint sorry blabbing thankyou I'm going to give your recipe a try when I can afford the ingredients that I dont have which is two your enamels I will keep you posted again thankyou for sharing your knowledge very much appreciated Ana

And when uve loads of followers I think your friends will want all of the low down..and YOU decide if u wana talk . @@anadawson3378hi Ana I wanted to let you know that I’m needing to update my recipe as the H2O enamel has been discontinued in the dark base, I’ve had quite a stock for sometime as it was on sale, probably why I got it so cheap! Anyway wait till I’ve done some tests, I’m going to try the PPG & Accent. So unless they are one of the ones you use I will let you know what works, I’ve tried the accent white before & it was good so I’m hopeful. If you find me on Facebook we can message. Amazballs Debs..Debs there's a lot of people following me now. I've been asked " Will the real Banksy please stabd up, please stand up. So I stood up...and I'm raging ...I have the paps outside my rather large house and I just cannot get the merc out of the driveway due to the paps. .so I've tild Jofferry, he needs to get rid or he's sacked as my chef...anyway darling...Eheem..Anyway the QUEEN OF PEARLS. YOU ARE SO GOOD DOING THIS FOR FREE.. I'm sure all the ladies here will agree , you arw the bomb and we are do grateful.
Now the pigeon barely made it home..she had a pearl necklace on her which made her flying very risky..no dangerous is the word.
