The size of that lot in the Spice District makes no sense. I WISHED EA allowed us to make multiple family live on big lots. Love the houses, esp. the bars on the groundfloor windows (and your signature one-square hallways 😂): some elements are internationally recognisable and they immediately give a vibe.
