Joy routine begins with a smile ... 😉 when I open my eyes every morning ... my first step is to surrender & rest in the revelation / wisdom and knowledge that God my father in heaven is ..... (with me) when I open my eyes in the morning !! I feel Him and His presence ... like when you wake up in the morning with your spouse ... the person you’re married to ... as the Bible says a relationship with Jesus is like a marriage ... only now after many years of Joy routine and repetition every morning of surrender, submission and compliance to my Lord Jesus Christ 🙌🏼 (& His word the Bible) there is a funny phrase that I used to have on one of my ministry cards it said : “there is no democracy in the kingdom” what that means is ... either you serve the king or you DO NOT serve the king there is no gray area ....... !!! since beginning repetition of my joy routine things have dramatically shifted for me not only in the presence of peace in my life but additionally in the power of my prayer life.... So, in conclusion the greatest gift of my joy routine is the indwelling and presence of my father in heaven through and by His Holy Spirit !! Keep in mind, as I have the choice and free will every day etc, it’s easy to slip a little bit out of your joy routine, but that is my other greatest gift in all of this ... the grace and mercy that comes from having made all of these deposits into the bank of my “Joy routine” as a result when I make a mistake Holy Spirit & God’s grace and mercy is there to touch me ... assure me & love ... guide & protect me no matter what 🔥🙌🏼❤️Jesus Christ is my best friend now and my only source of love joy and peace yes I just said that. I’ve been with my wife for 35 years. After Jesus she is my greatest example of Jesus & respectfully both my wife and I understand that the best way to reflect to this world ... how much we love each other ..... is by showing this world Jesus is at the center of our marriage and our personal walks w/ Him in every way. I had a priest once say this and it changed my life. When we’ve been forgiven by the Lord for our sins but we don’t forgive ourselves we are making ourselves bigger than Jesus. We’ve gone to Christ and we’ve been given Grace. The beautiful gift of Grace and then for years I could not forgive myself. But that one line....I can’t disobey God and think I’m bigger than God. It changed my life.

I just got done watching you on Beckett Cooks channel and so decided to subscribe! I love it when you said the Lord said to you “I’m an unedited God.” As just a “normal, average, middle class working American” who loves the Lord, your channel and Becketts helps to give people like me some insight and also hope that people in Hollywood are getting to hear the gospel from people like you. I’ve been born again since I was 18 (now 62) so I’ve not been a fan of Hollywood or secular music since then. We pray a lot for people in Hollywood in my small prayer group so hearing what you and Beckett have to say gives us a greater understanding and hope! Thanks!

Chynna, GOD is so AWESOME! When I think of you, I think ‘remnant.’ God ALWAYS has a remnant! He rescues and translates from darkness to light! You were plucked up, separated out of and placed and transplanted into another place by God! Instead of being taken from some other place and put in the spotlight, you have been plucked out of the spotlight of the world and placed in the spotlight of God’s amazing grace. I accepted Jesus as a child and have always walked with Him. I don’t know what it’s like to not walk with Him and the Holy Spirit. Because this is my beautiful reality, I don’t know what it’s like to go from darkness to light. Don’t get me wrong, I know we all need a Savior, but I made that choice very early and I am so thankful. You came from a place (as has Stephen) of notoriety. You’ve had a career in the ‘world’. Your parents were very famous. You’ve all walked in high and yet worldly ‘darkened’ places in the world’s eyes and because of that, I think it’s even more miraculous that you walked a path that led you to realize that you needed a Savior and there was more than the life you were living. It’s such a magnificent thing thatJesus love brought you from a big, shining, shakable place in the worlds spotlight to a place that is firm, founded, safe and sure, never to be shaken. I was an elementary Catholic School girl in Queens NY in the 70’s...which is translated as mean & sadistic nuns that loved to hit. That made us all very fearful of the Catholic faith because we identified anxiety & fear with Jesus. (I swear that’s why I suffer from panic attacks today) anyway - I thank you for shining a beautiful & fearless light in my heart...✌️💕

Love the part where you were straight up insulting the devil. We should do that more instead of fearing him. Yes, we can't forget that he has power, too, and not let our guards down, but we should never fear him. Because he deals in the spiritual realm, not the physical. It can bleed over into that, but he doesn't see us that way. He and his minions see who we are spiritually. And what are we spiritually? We are filled with Christ and that's what and who he sees when he looks at us. As I once heard the Christian singer Carman say, "You look like someone who beat him up!" That's why HE should fear US! By the way, tell your sister in law to keep all of us in her prayers, because I, and I'm sure a lot of us, could use a prayer slayer!

I 100% agree on the part about understanding how serious sin is. I was worried that I don't truly feel the shame and guilt of my sin and I prayed that God would truly let me - I'm not gonna do that again. It lasted less than a minute, but it was indescribably horrific and the scariest moments of my life. No one but Christ could bear all our sin and walk away from it. That God not only forgives our sin, but forgets it, makes me cry for His Mercy, Grace and Love.
My second video I have seen on your channel. Does not disappoint! All the time I was watching this, I kept seeing Stephen in his role as immolated Australian preacher. That was a very powerful retelling of that testimony and love for Jesus! Thank you for blessing me. I had a priest once say this and it changed my life. When we’ve been forgiven by the Lord for our sins but we don’t forgive ourselves we are making ourselves bigger than Jesus. We’ve gone to Christ and we’ve been given Grace. The beautiful gift of Grace and then for years I could not forgive myself. But that one line....I can’t disobey God and think I’m bigger than God. It changed my life.

As just a “normal, average, middle class working American” who loves the Lord, your channel and Becketts helps to give people like me some insight and also hope that people in Hollywood are getting to hear the gospel from people like you. I’ve been born again since I was 18 (now 62) so I’ve not been a fan of Hollywood or secular music since then. We pray a lot for people in Hollywood in my small prayer group so hearing what you and Beckett have to say gives us a greater understanding and hope! Thanks!

When I think of you, I think ‘remnant.’ God ALWAYS has a remnant! He rescues and translates from darkness to light! You were plucked up, separated out of and placed and transplanted into another place by God! Instead of being taken from some other place and put in the spotlight, you have been plucked out of the spotlight of the world and placed in the spotlight of God’s amazing grace. I accepted Jesus as a child and have always walked with Him. I don’t know what it’s like to not walk with Him and the Holy Spirit. Because this is my beautiful reality, I don’t know what it’s like to go from darkness to light. Don’t get me wrong, I know we all need a Savior, but I made that choice very early and I am so thankful. You came from a place (as has Stephen) of notoriety. You’ve had a career in the ‘world’. Your parents were very famous. You’ve all walked in high and yet worldly ‘darkened’ places in the world’s eyes and because of that, I think it’s even more miraculous that you walked a path that led you to realize that you needed a Savior and there was more than the life you were living. It’s such a magnificent thing thatJesus love brought you from a big, shining, shakable place in the worlds spotlight to a place that is firm, founded, safe and sure, never to be shaken. YOU are GOD’S REMNANT! WOW!!! That is profoundly amazing! That’s God’s love!!!!❤️🙏

Excellent interview. I must say that since watching your videos I’ve become much more mindful in my thoughts of Jesus. I was an elementary Catholic School girl in Queens NY in the 70’s...which is translated as mean & sadistic nuns that loved to hit. That made us all very fearful of the Catholic faith because we identified anxiety & fear with Jesus. (I swear that’s why I suffer from panic attacks today) anyway - I thank you for shining a beautiful & fearless light in my heart...✌️💕

Love the part where you were straight up insulting the devil. We should do that more instead of fearing him. Yes, we can't forget that he has power, too, and not let our guards down, but we should never fear him. Because he deals in the spiritual realm, not the physical. It can bleed over into that, but he doesn't see us that way. He and his minions see who we are spiritually. And what are we spiritually? We are filled with Christ and that's what and who he sees when he looks at us. As I once heard the Christian singer Carman say, "You look like someone who beat him up!" That's why HE should fear US! By the way, tell your sister in law to keep all of us in her prayers, because I, and I'm sure a lot of us, could use a prayer slayer!

I 100% agree on the part about understanding how serious sin is. I was worried that I don't truly feel the shame and guilt of my sin and I prayed that God would truly let me - I'm not gonna do that again. It lasted less than a minute, but it was indescribably horrific and the scariest moments of my life. No one but Christ could bear all our sin and walk away from it.
That God not only forgives our sin, but forgets it, makes me cry for His Mercy, Grace and Love.
