Such lovely words. Thank you so much. I hope you’re well❤❤ It’s so super busy here will my boys having stressful exams and work so I’m so behind with comments and watching videos. Sending a big hug to my talented musical friend ❤❤
Wonderful performance and so beutiful nostagic piece!!! Also thanks for the score tutorial🎶 Amazing piano and video dera Louise!!!!! Warm greetings, Leftis
A wonderful performance with admirable use of tempo rubato and agogic accents, perfect for Chopin! The melody really sings out with a true bel canto feeling. Thank you dear Louise for this excellent tutorial.
Thank you Juliano. I’m just catching up on comments as have been totally swamped with work. Your piece is still on my list to do. I’m so sorry I’ve not had chance yet…..
Is it the initial left hand chord (so bass E A and D#)? If yes, it’s a suspension so sounds really ‘clashy’ or dissonant but then resolves. Hear the dissonance between left hand and right hand in the first quaver (1/8 note) then get ready for the resolve when right hand moves to G#. The trick is to either use a light pedal and or be ready to change pedal enough to clear the sound and not find the dissonance (or suspension) overwhelming.😀. Hope that helps. I wonder if people would find a tutorial on this piece helpful?
