Aaaah! Congrats! It’s so awesome your health is being managed well and you get a new house in the new year! Hear me out, hear me out- imagine have your studio downstairs... where your living room in. You could hang your clothes, do videos and have a little couch for relaxing or reading. If you really wanted to because it’s so big you could have the office to one side. Then where the studio would have been had a wall to wall sofa so it was a home theatre and out the tv in that nook or a projector on that wall! Then you could have an office where you proposed orrrrr... a guest bed! (Daybed if you want too!) There are so many options. This is awesome! Very happy for you Sundai.
