- Michael Cohen, who was dubbed as former President Donald Trump's "fixer," testified for a third day in Trump's hush money criminal trial on Thursday. The bulk of proceedings throughout the day consisted of the defense attacking Cohen for telling lies.
Court has adjourned for the week for Trump to attend his son's high school graduation, with the intention for the defense to finish Cohen's cross-examination on Monday morning.

9:24 a.m. Trump calls Jordan himself continuing to promote the efforts to pressure Pence to overthrow the will of the people.
9:55 a.m. Secret Service tells Donald Trump that the rally on the ellipse has a lot of people there with weapons guns bow and arrows knives and machetes.
10:15 a.m. Secret Service tells Meadows about the weapons and apparently he has little or no reaction. Trump's reaction was "well they like me they're not after me bring them in.".
10:47 a.m. Julian Eastman give a speech on the ellipse calling for the overthrow of the election.
11:20 a.m. Trump continues to pressure Pence calling him a wimp because he won't refuse to certify the election.
11:50 a.m. Trump tells his staff knowing that the crowd is armed that they need to drop the magnetometers that are protecting him and others at the ellipse.
12:00 p.m. Trump speaks at the ellipse on Jan 6 and attacks Mike Pence publicly once again.
1:00 p.m. over at the Capitol proud boys break the first line of defense and enter the capital.
1:10 p.m. Trump during his speech at the ellipse points to the Capitol and tells supporters to go there and he'll be there with him shortly.
1:19 p.m. Trump goes back to the white house instead but then decides he wants to go to the Capitol, staff around him refused to let him go pissing him off.
1:25 p.m. 78 minutes or so of dereliction of Duty that say that Trump sat in the private dining room watching on television and did nothing about it.
2:00 p.m. Pat Cipollone general counsel for Donald Trump tells Meadows Chief of Staff to tell Trump to stop the riot "do what he needs to do" that's rejected
2:15 p.m. Pat Cipollone makes the request again, that's rejected.
2:24 p.m. Trump slams Pence once again in on his Twitter while the violence is going on and raging all around the Capitol and legislators are running for their lives.
2:26 p.m. Pence is evacuated by secret service for his own security.
2:28 p.m. Marjorie Taylor Greene thinks there's a problem she tells Meadows to tell Trump to calm the people that's rejected.
2:38 p.m. Trump tweets to "stay peaceful".
2:40 p.m. The The Oath Keepers already convicted in two separate trials enter the capital in military formation up the capital steps.
2:44 p.m. Ashley Babbitt is shot as she tries to make her way down the speaker's hallway to get to the Senate chamber
2:45 p.m. rioters enter the senate floor and Nancy Pelosi's office.
2:53 p.m. Trump Jr tells Meadows to tell Trump "you gotta call off the mob" Trump refuses.
3:13 p.m. Trump picks up his Twitter again and tweets "stay peaceful" Again while the Capitol Police are overrun.
3:15 p.m. Ivanka calls Meadows to tell Trump to do something right and she tweets out "stay peaceful".
3:31 p.m. Sean Hannity(Fox News) texts Meadows and says you got to tell Trump to tell them to leave tell the rioters to leave that's rejected by Donald Trump.
4:05 p.m. Don Jr tells Meadows quote "we need an oval address right now".
4:17 p.m. Trump finally releases a video that he made telling them to go home three hours after the breach after he has been given Intel for the last three hours while he sat in the dining room doing nothing.
5:00 p.m. the Lou Dobbs show and Fox News Executives refuse Trump air time on Fox News instead Trump tweets "this is what happens when a sacred Landslide election Victory his own is viciously be ripped away from people".
Why are we wasting our time with this trial. Nothing will happen to Trump.
