From our Archive: Previously on this channel we featured an interview with teenager Ari. Ari landed in juvenile detention after a disturbance at a high school football game. She claims it was all a misunderstanding and that school officials were targeting her because she no longer attended that school and was prohibited from school grounds. This arrest was especially concerning for Ari -- she was already on probation for a fight at the school just a month earlier.
After spending the weekend in detention, Ari was shackled and walked from the detention center to her court hearing where she was very nervous about what the judge and prosecutor might say. As her attorney called her to the witness stand, it was up to Ari to plead her case and hope the judge would give her a break and allow her to go home with her mom.

I would presume he's doing as this job stipulates. But income or not, I'm not chaining up kids ever. Treat them all like they're animals because some of the lash out after such mistreatment. I can only imagine the PTSD this girl endured. I would beg my family to get me out of that town as soon as I was free and clear of the system that clearly wants to ruin her life. So scary. Thank You once again Calamari Productions. It's good to get it out in the open as to some of the more serious offenders. I do recognize that some of your releases are 'Dated' and filmed in a different state.
I recently asked a Huntington Beach, Calif policeman friend about what level of 'Juvenile Offender' goes to 'Juvenile Hall' here in Orange
County, CA and he said "Unless it's Murder, Attempted Murder, they won't take his suspects.
What a different society we live in today !
Changing subjects somewhat, now that I've retired I've taken on the personal objective to reduce the repeated occurrences of 'Driving Under the Influence'(Alcohol, or Drug, or Both).
My 'Motivation' came from knowledge of a triple fatality DUI here in H.B. of three teens stopped at a red signal, March 29, 2018.
They were 'Rear Ended' by a 'REPEAT DUI DRIVER' at 79MPH and perished in the resulting fire.
A local radio station has agreed to 'Air' my commentaries related to my findings of the almost everyday senseless killings of innocent humans by 'REPEAT DUI Drivers' in So Cal alone.
So, I've become aware of the reality of the CRISIS of Drug and Alcohol 'Crazed' people and motorists KILLING INNOCENT VICTIMS.
The latest victim(05/19/2021), 19 year old Aden Uriostegui killed walking home from work, 10:02PM, in a Marked Crosswalk, with a Green Signal, struck and killed by a 'Speeding', 'Suspected' 'Highly(3x+over)Intoxicated' 'REPEAT CONVICTED' 'DRUNK DRIVER' accused of Running the Red Light and killing Aden only a few hundred feet from his home.
The death of an innocent person doesn't just prevent them from realizing their 'Hopes' and 'Dreams', it prevents their family, their friends, and everyone around them from having a person they love and care about in their lives.
Wes, why are you telling me this?
I share the same emotions of you and your staff.

The prosecutor is bringing up the the young girl’s past although that’s already been dealt with & she accepted responsibility & is proving she has accepted the consequences by changing her behaviour. The prosecutor is judgemental & unforgiving & wants to continue punishing her. Ariana’s response to the rude people, the police officer & prosecutor is commendable. Ariana, well done in helping mum, caring for your little brothers & turning your life around. Everyone makes mistakes & the prosecutor is just nasty & you’re best keeping bitter, twisted people like her as far away as possible from you. Many blessings to you & your family 🙏🏽💕

Do you think they would’ve done a little blonde cheerleader this way? Disgusting! They would flip if their kids was treated this way for doing nothing.
