I am a pilot and I am pretty sure the reason behind this is the 'behaviour' of our people. When we receive complains during a flight from foreign passengers , it is mostly against Indians who were either being loud or just plainly stalking them or disturbing them . Once in Australia I saw an Indian guy clicking pictures of girls in their bikinis and was later caught by the coastal guards. It is very easy to portray all of this in the name of discrimination but I firmly believe that an average Indian is not as civilised and well mannered as compared to others . This is not my inferiority complex , this is what I have witnessed...

Some don't know how to converse in English but are very well versed in abusing, it isnt the discrimination always, but its the core habit we possess which is derogatory for other civilized cultures. This has to come from Schools itself, as I don't see people making up on it on their own.
But the same white woke people kiss and do romance in public isn't it weird .....NOTE:- i am not justifying indian people behaviour in abroad. And the same this like clicking photos and shouting loud by a white skin guy doesn't make anything news but if it is indian then they point out.........
This has nothing to do with visa status…. Foreigners come to india for sex tourism….human trafficking is prevalent due to that, still those countries get respect…. As a person who actually reside in Australia I can guarantee that Italian, other Asian countries are equally loud…
My husband and I (we are indians) went to Thailand recently and noticed some Indians behaving in an obnoxious manner towards the locals. I think this behavior might have contributed to a negative perception of Indians in the country. On the other hand, I also observed that Thai people were initially guarded towards me and my husband, but their attitude changed after we treated them kindly.
Having lived in Thailand for 5 years, I can say that you are partially right. Our culture is of saving . Thai people prefer whites who splash money rather than smart spenders like us
Indians are loved in asian countries but too some extent mostly the baby boomers love them. GenZ not much as they prefer white people coming and spending in their country. However millennial generation likes to learn and know more of india and indians.

I don't think our behaviour plays a part. I recently went to Prague and you will not believe what I have seen British people do there in public. Do not for a second believe that this is nothing but racial discrimination.
As an Indian I have experiences of Indians behaving rudely. It just doesnt fix itself unless 2 or 3 generations pass by. And it all depends on how we behave in front of others. Another significant factor is how well we respect the culture of the country we visit.
Our actual problem is our own people Most of us need to learn about personal space and manners and this is only possible by education and interaction with others.
The people in USA or other are not that well mannered, just go and see how many problems these countries have. The thing they are just biased and our people blind listen to there nonsense and praise them
@@Akshay-kh3grThat's the point. However, I would like to add that if one goes to schools, such manners and etiquettes come naturally. Education, manners and etiquettes are the three pillars to maintain a sense of calm and composed.
I may be called racist but what I observed whenever I go abroad is that dark skinned visitors (not all dark skinned but worst behaviour is from dark skinned) from South India are the worst in behaviour. The comments they make and the way they stare at females are most indecent-may be inferiority complex but outwardly pretending to be confident.

I am currently watching a video from Japan and can relate to what was said. The key takeaway is that we should follow rules and be kind to others. It is widely recognized in Japan that Indians are highly skilled in coding.

This video has so much bias lol. Wake up. She said Malaysia is not a developed country from any angle which is completely wrong. It is way more developed than India and has a higher per capita income as well. Also Malaysians have a good rep abroad unlike Indians

Our bad habits is the main cause of our weak passports. Recently I visited Thailand with a travel agency with some group of people and some old uncles in our group were talking so loudly, breaking lines and even spitting and littering on the streets. It was really shameful for me 😞
I’m an Indian student, studying at Cornell. I have a valid US study visa and still I got harassed by TSA. I applied for study visa to Austria because I have to go there for research and it’s such a pain (I had to miss two days of classes and had to submit several documents) and even then they have been extremely slow with the processing. I may end up missing the scientific conference that I have to attend because of this discrimination. Update: I got my visa cuz I got my friend to talk to the embassy people in German (he is fluent in it). It was a close call but I could make it to Spain and Austria for my summer projects. This was still a bad experience, I hope India's foreign policy can ameliorate these things slowly by rebranding the image of Indians.
Meanwhile i had and have still austrian gf, who always use to say india is poor country and still says, india is poor. But it's true too that India is poor.
@@tumulpurwar8812If this much population happens in Australia, then their government will not be able to provide only food to all the people. The truth is that from the beginning of the spring, people used Indian resources and people who have become poor day by day and it will took a long time to get it right.
Exactly I went to Bangkok earlier this year and I felt the same problem. Many Indians at the airport were shouting and breaking laws and behaving like as if they own the place. We need to change ourselves first and only then we can question the world. I believe school should start giving discipline classes like Japan and other devloped countries.
1. Passport Ranking is the need of the hour - a short visit or tourist visa should not make us go through these many hurdles. 2. Internationally, we are bracketed under the category 'Indian' and it is necessary that we behave like the 'Travelling Ambassadors of the country'. We will get the respect we deserve then...and we can demand for it too..
I am from Thailand 🇹🇭 Bangkok full support to 🇮🇳 India , we as a indian have a major impact in Thailand tourism industry, and we as Thai realized during covid pandemic. We as a Indian tourist should be proud and look for more respect at the same time behave as a better person because we are the face of nation , and we as a Thai ready to welcoming sincerely .don’t look down and be look down at the same time
last time I go to Thailand the shopkeepers shout to me 😢I was why u r shouting he said you indian bargain too much dont want to sell his goods to indian.
Unfortunately our people want to go abroad by any hook n crook not realizing the adverse effect it has on its future Travellers. Im myself an NRI living and have seen our own people misusing their systems and exploiting the conditions....
Indians are so desperate to go abroad that they will even go to countries like Nigeria and Angola. Don't be surprised if you find them in North Korea as well.
Bro log sahi hi karte hai jo India ko necha dekhate hai. I respect that people. You know why I written this. Because bro jaha desh ki betayia medals lane ke bad bi dharno par baithi hai. I think for our country this is big shame for our system.
I used to be an Indian passport holder, but now I’m a Canadian passport holder. I can’t even explain the difference I face when traveling compared to before. Now when I visit Europe, they don’t even ask how long my stay is going to be or where I am staying. I hope one day every single person gets the same treatment regardless of their nationality. I know the struggle, so I never take my passport for granted.
You were an Indian passport holder and now a Canadian so they asked you the length of your stay. Because they know that you will not return to India from there. 😝😝
We as Indians are also responsible for this. For example Australia just put some north indian states like Punjab Haryana UP and Gujrat in a high risk category because somehwere around 80% of the applicants are sending fake documents to apply for Visas and the one who do provide correct documents over stay their Visas or go illegal.
It's about discipline and etiquettes that most of us lacks. Talking loudly & playing songs on speaker in public places, breaking lines, spitting and throwing garbage everywhere are some of the bad habits we need to change. As a citizen, I request and try to restrict people from doing so whenever it is possible. I think we all should do that. This habits gets naturally carried away when someone go to foreign countries.
last year I went to Phuket and there I booked a shared boat ride which used to go to different islands and Phuket being a tourist spot, many people were there from other countries but everyone was so lovely and well behaved but the only misbehaved ppl there were Indians and for some reason, they were proud of that. Not listening to the guide and passing comments to her and showing attitude without any reason and then Feeling proud like other people thinking they are very cool. Being an Indian I felt really really bad after seeing those losers.
Thank you for covering both aspects of this issue. It is not that only others need to respect India but we, as Indians, too need to maintain a positive image of India when we travel abroad.
Rightly pointed out in conclusion. We Indians really need to change individually. But the sad part is most of us refuse to accept our own behaviour and are ready to defend it 😅😂
Hi Abhi and Niyu, I second your point of view. The significant problem with many Indians is their tendency to disregard rules when traveling abroad and in our own country. It is important for them to change this attitude.
Problem is you’re dividing India with north or south. Just to feel superior. I’m North Indian and I don’t think I did any of these things. I have seen so many people doing bad things in abroad who are from south and North India so we need to change whole India.
@@sahilkatia6768Have you ever seen a illegal immigration or people with fake certificate from south indians? You will never see this kind of things from us..
@@thamizhselvanjayaraman1875 I have so many South Indian doing things what were discussed in video. Again let’s not divide India between south and north
The last part in this video about behaviour of some Indians in foreign is what need to show and highlighted. Many Indians don't care how they behave in foreign countries. This problem need to be highlighted.

I believe there may be hesitation to improve the visa situation due to concerns over potential brain drain and the accompanying challenges such as an increase in the issues of individuals stuck in foreign countries, including those who may get into jail due to lack of local laws or those residing there illegally.
Visa applications for Indian passport holders can be a nightmare because of the stringent documentation requirements and processing time. No matter how well you are prepared with the document, there are always some complications. I really hope this gets better.
This is a very informant video, but without much spreading this would not be known to everyone…so spread it and share it, consider it as a duty for an Indian.❤
I’ve travelled to more than 30 countries and all 7 continents in the last 1 year on an Indian passport and my biggest frustration while planning my travels have been to manage and coordinate with the dozens of visa issues! I just hate this problem about the Indian Passport. I have honestly felt like a slave in the last 1 year many times..
Reason: If we are given Visa ,we are ready to leave our country permanently due to our huge population and lack of opportunities. This is not the case in countries like Venezuela, Malaysia etc etc..
Truly valuable info provided and someone staying in Singapore for many years now, I think a key point you addressed is that when we travel abroad our behaviour should reflect that we are brand ambassadors of our country. I truly agree with the point that breaking lines, talking loudly with zero respect to that country’s cultural ethos is seen and we really need to hold ourselves responsible and accountable! KYUNKI INDIA KO FARAK PADTAA HAIN..JAI HINDI!

Congratulations on such a great video. I’m in Australia and took a long while to decide and take Australian citizenship. Last week I was denied a visa for France. An the ironing in this is that I'm a French teacher since 3 decades. I was going with a group of other French teachers for a training program. All the other 22 participants from Delhi,Mumbai,Chennai and Bangalore got their visas and 3 from Mumbai were denied the same. We had an invite from a French national who was conducting our training. All participants gave a same documents to the Consulate except our personal account statement and ITR.

India should itself be developed. We should lure people abroad into coming to our country. We should make them dependent on us and destroy their economies, like Russia did by controlling gas, and Saudi did by refusing to sell oil. We have to pool of best skilled people, we have the best tourist attractions and one of the best medical services. Here in Melbourne, we have to wait for 50+ minutes, if we miss a bus, internet speed is poor and to meet a doctor you will have to wait for 20 days. In India, you can get cheap fares, buses and metro works really well in big cities, and you can cheaply visit a doctor as compared to here

I recently traved to Egypt for vacation. Not only was i not eligible for visa on arrival but was also asked to get my passport stamped one more time after entering egypt .. i mean who wants to stay in egypt ??? And still they had such tough laws for an indian passport holder My german husband and daughter had literally no visa issues and ny husband was flabbergasted at the amount of paperwork we Indians need in order to travel. The cherry on top was that the reosrt we stayed at had a guest coordinator who asked me if indians eat unhygienic food. She apparently saw tiktok videos of indian street food which was all cooked without gloves and stained nails. I felt so low standing there and trying to explain not all of india eats like this. But at the same time i myself know that these videos are all too real. I also experienced working with IT crowd that comes from india for short term projects. They dont even get haircuts to save money and their clothes smelled a lot too because of not using deo or simply not airing their apartments after cooking which is a must in western houses because they are too insulated. Some of the employees even complained about it to the HR. Even if indian passport becomes stronger it would probably not do much in terms of respect we get as indans abroad. Each of us represents our country when we are abroad so its a must that we act like we are from a civilised society before we even think of the passport rank.
Note the fact that Indians are also the people who do the highest donkeying. This is one of the biggest reason our passport is looked upon with a lot of questions. I’m studying in Australia and most of the Indian students come here just to work and not study.. This is the harsh truth and it hurts people like me who genuinely want to study but don’t get the right people around. We are always looked as someone who is here just to work and earn money and not to study. I have been laughed upon by my Indian friends because I’m focusing on my studies and not on earning money. Whenever i say, I’m here to get education and not earn money at the moment, they just laugh and make jokes about how rich I am. So it’s not easy to increase the ranking if the non genuine people keep getting visas while the genuine ones keep getting rejected.
It's also not their fault, it's indian government fault because in India there's so much unemployment that results people moving to abroad for studies as a excuse of doing work. I think if their is less unemployment & more job opportunities this graph will decrease with time.😊😊 &as our population is growing immensely, in future their will be hardly jobs left to fullfill everyone need. & in future there will be lesser job opportunities💔💔it's life which is getting harder day be day
@@niveditasirari618 this is because we Indian are obsessed with govt job, only if we develop skills and explore opportunities rather than running after govt tag
@@niveditasirari618 I would partially agree with your point, it’s not the government’s job to give employment. The problem is that the population is so huge that accomodating everyone in the workforce is next to impossible unless they are working in labour intensive industries like manufacturing, farming etc. India is growing in the manufacturing sector, slowly but steadily. But we need to improve our agriculture industry. If that gets organised, we can definitely aim for the stars..
@@kapasayskonichwa6646 not everyone wants a government job.. The newer generations want money in hand instead of job security. So many are leaving their government job dreams and going towards private employment
What you said is very true…. When we go to abroad they look at us as indisciplined and messy hygiene habits we have naturally without giving us any benefit of doubt . It’s so sad that most Indians treat all public places as their birth right to travel and end up throwing waste food and bottles. I have witnessed it so I can totally believe it 😢

Illegal immigrants is a very serious problem. I live in Australia and here some Universities refused taking students specially from Haryana and Punjab because they don't study on student visa but do all other things..😢
you have missed a point about refugees in india from our neighboring country. (because visa power also depends on the condition of the neighboring countries)
Great content.. it's very important to be considered as a priority in International relations. I hope government takes steps towards it in near future. 😊
Honestly speaking, there is nothing to be proud of being Indian. I mean what's there to be proud about a nation which has a low gdp per capita, hdi rank of 130, low rank in innovation and competitiveness, high corruption, weak passport, disunity, religious disharmony, brain drain and many other never ending problems. In reality, people will truly feel proud of their country if it gives them economic prosperity and top quality life. Culture, history and all that crap are secondary and don't pay the bills. The overproud Indians who brag all over the internet of being proud of being Indian will dash out of India faster than light if they get a foreign visa. Talking about the army, most people join the army and other govt departments just to make money and get benefits, not out of patriotism.
The country Honduras which is in south america which has gdp per capita of 3000 can travel to 101 contries including europeean countries But we have only 62 countries
Most disgusting thing for me is as a nepali nepal rank is less than North korea , Somalia and niger which is worst countries to live but they consider nepal as a dangerous country for tourist seriously?? 😒 😑
Thanks for covering the most awaited and ignored topic which is need of the hour but unfortunately being overlooked and ignored. Special thanks to AbhiandNiyu for taking this up and highlighting it, which no one has attempted. However, I like to differ on 2 of those 3 points you mentioned. Our economy and stability is much better than any of those developing and developed countries but still their rankings are way higher than us (Eg. Argentina & Venezuela from your own examples) which is a bit contradictory. I believe there must be something different we are missing here. But yes, diplomacy we have failed miserably. Hope our authorities can look into this and hope we can see our Tiranga passport gain momentum and scale up the ladder of the world passport rankings in the near future and make us all proud Indians.
I watch your every video, but I loved this one the most. You really talk about the issues we are facing living abroad and how to reduce it. Loved it! You earned my subscription today. Keep it up! ❤
Yeah, I heard. I think India is having a population growth that causing some problems with density in the country hampering development. Also, lots of countries have re-instated visa requirements for Indian citizens due to skepticism of illegal immigration as a result of some individuals taking advantage of the no permit travel privileges offered by countries.
@AbhiandNiyu 0:27 Kindly correct if it's possible, According to the Henley Passport Ranking for 2023, which is based on 59 nations with visa-free entry, the Indian passport is ranked 85th as of February 2023. 82nd rank was in 2019.

Yes but stop filling Western stadiums when Modi visits with jingoistic chants. Instead question him on why his govt. has not addressed this issue in India. Hold your Govt responsible and stop illegal migration. The Canadian family freezing in Canada, Gujarat family drowning in the US Canada border, Punjabis paying smugglers. Breaking the law is an Indian problem.
I worked in illegal immigration centres, as a doctor. You have to see how many people are in this detention centre claiming asylum. The story that they tell me was pathetic. @nine you are hypnotised by the news media that's too a fact
2 very important factors govern the strength of passport
1.) How the foreign people feel in India
2.) How Indians behave abroad
Our actual problem is our own people
Most of us need to learn about personal space and manners and this is only possible by education and interaction with others.
Not even, Chinese are literally the worst tourist in EU but they have money, so they're valued.
Even educated people behave irresponsibly. They need to learn civic sense, moral science, and it also depends on their parents.
Behavior of Indians, breaking of visa rules, seeking asylum, being loud, breaking rules and laws are the major factors.
Not to forget public hygiene as well as toilet etiquette!!!
Also huge number of people want to go there. Naturally they'll put restrictions to limit the in flow.
Illegal immigration is main problem
@@GhostsOfSparta and low confidence. here he says white privilege, but do you know Indians privilege white over their own people. I have seen in my own eyes in cities like Mumbai. how come he complains about white privilege when majority of indians have the same mentality?

We need to change ourselves first and only then we can question the world.
I believe school should start giving discipline classes like Japan and other devloped countries.
I too faced this thing in Thailand
I had no problem in Thailand. And I don’t think there would be a problem if you can behave politely .
I guess the scrutiny is because of bad actors….. everyone gets the brunt

Astute comment and very apt. Shame on these states. As soon as Indians are at border control the tube light is on Fraud and Overstayers
Modiji is from Gujarat.
The fact that these people explain the topic very well in detail but still manage to keep the video short really makes this channel amazing .
True, gotta admit I liked their format.
This is one of the reason I stopped my foreign travel for holidays totally. Instead I holiday in India itself.
Rightly pointed out in conclusion. We Indians really need to change individually.
But the sad part is most of us refuse to accept our own behaviour and are ready to defend it 😅😂

My german husband and daughter had literally no visa issues and ny husband was flabbergasted at the amount of paperwork we Indians need in order to travel.
I think if their is less unemployment & more job opportunities this graph will decrease with time.😊😊
&as our population is growing immensely, in future their will be hardly jobs left to fullfill everyone need. & in future there will be lesser job opportunities💔💔it's life which is getting harder day be day

One major problem is lack of jobs in our country which forces people to illegally immigrate in western countries 😢
This is middle level problem....our major problem is population ..the day population will be in control things will improve
Then what about china , india is now 5th largest economy of the world because of its massive population but if employment regenerate like china we can improve our GDP more
Yes but stop filling Western stadiums when Modi visits with jingoistic chants. Instead question him on why his govt. has not addressed this issue in India. Hold your Govt responsible and stop illegal migration. The Canadian family freezing in Canada, Gujarat family drowning in the US Canada border, Punjabis paying smugglers. Breaking the law is an Indian problem.
@@agnescraig2912: you mean other nationalities never break law? 😅
I worked in illegal immigration centres, as a doctor. You have to see how many people are in this detention centre claiming asylum. The story that they tell me was pathetic. Majority entered the country using tourist or student visa. How can any one trust Indians enter a country using tourist visa knowing majority are likely to do all they can to stay there for ever.
I’m from Goa and we can apply for a Portuguese passport, but i choose to stay in my country and make my country better than I found it and not surrender my citizenship… we as Indians have the potential to achieve big things but we need to set the politics and selfishness aside and work as a whole to make it a better place, Jai Hind
keep trying.
khud ka loss kar diya aur kuch nhi. Nobody wants to live in this country. Log bas mazjboor hai yaha rehne ke liye
Were your ancestors portuguese?
@@robingrewall no, they just came here and ruled and converted my people and left them with a different culture as compared to india
@@Anonymous4150 nah buddy I’m good here as of now

I'm very UNLUCKY that I had my birth in India & am an Indian citizen.😢😵😭
