Here’s a recipe for Greek yogurt blueberry pancakes: 1 cup of flour, 1 cup Greek yogurt, 1 t vanilla, 1 egg, 1 cup water, ( you may need additional water if batter needs to be thinner) 1 T baking powder and 3/4 cup blueberries. You can make without blueberries if you prefer. Makes 12. They are delicious!
