Meet West Palm Beach's homeless outreach team

When West Palm Beach Mayor Keith James sat down with CBS12 News for an interview about the homeless population downtown, he suggested a news crew spend an afternoon with his homeless outreach team, which is under the umbrella of The Housing and Community Development Department.
