  • SpaceX founder Elon Musk, NASA administrator Jim Bridenstine, NASA Commercial Crew Program manager Kathy Lueders, a SpaceX representative, International Space Station (ISS) Program manager Kirk Shireman and NASA chief astronaut Pat Forrester held a news conference after the SpaceX Demo-2 mission launch to the ISS, which took place earlier in the day.
NASA and SpaceX sent the first crewed space mission from U.S. soil into outer space since 2001 on Saturday, after inclement weather resulted in the launch being scrubbed about 17 minutes before ignition on Wednesday.
Astronauts Doug Hurley and Bob Behnken lifted off in SpaceX's Crew Dragon capsule on May 30 from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida at 3:22 p.m. ET en route to the International Space Station (ISS). The mission marks SpaceX's historic first with carrying humans and it serves as the company's climactic test before NASA can certify its Crew Dragon capsule for regular operational flights.

Elon Musk is such an amazing human. He speaks from the heart and I am total with his vision of us expanding to other planets. The universe is conscious and becomes more and more aware by making more and more connections. The maximum is reached when every point is connected to every other point. Our work is speeding up evolution towards this point. It is the great attractor and it seems, that we play a key role in this. Just imagine what we achieved within the past 100 years. Think about the tempo increase of this evolution and now try to imagine where we are 50 years from today. It is near impossible to imagine, based on the rate of development.

"The trampoline is working". That is not just an inside joke! In 2014 Rogozin (currently serving as the General director of Roscosmos), who was deputy prime minister and oversaw space development issues, wrote on Twitter that Russia may refuse to deliver American astronauts to the ISS. This happened after the United States imposed sanctions against Russia for the annexation of Crimea. To get on the ISS, Rogozin advised the Americans to use a trampoline. Russians got alot of memes about this guy. A lot of people are surprised that he is still a head of roscosmos since a huge amount of money gets stolen each time they're making any kind of project.

The Soyuz spacecraft flew to the ISS in 3 hours, and the SpaceX Crew Dragon in 19 hours.
Why fly so fast? Firstly, it will make flights cheaper - there will be no need for the work of several dozen specialists who do not crawl out for days from the Flight Control Center. In addition, it will benefit the astronauts - getting used to weightlessness is much better to endure in the spacious compartments of the ISS than in a cramped spacecraft, but even this is not the main thing. The main thing is that this method of flying will be useful in the near future, when new orbital stations appear. And if now cosmonauts have nowhere to wait for help, then in the near future it will be possible to create an emergency rocket, requiring only refueling and calculation. And within a few hours, specialists can arrive at the orbital station to provide assistance.

The seriousness Elon brings to the goal of achieving multi-planet civilization is spooky. It seems like he knows something rest of the humanity doesn't . I won't be surprised to find out one day that Elon came back from the future to correct the course of humans and all the awful things we are doing to the planet earth and making sure mankind survives when earth becomes inhabitable.

    - Elon Musk.
    - Humankind.
    - Space X

    - Multi-Planetary Specie

You are always talking about the launch. But the most incredible achievement and genius was the landing of the falcon 9. it is like balancing a needle on the tip of another needle and moving it in a controlled manner to where it is supposed to go. this is a new dimension of control technology and belongs to the group of genius achievements of mankind. I admire Elon Musk as much as I admire nicolas tesla, but I want the geniuses who did this in the background to be called by name exactly like Elon Musk. This does not diminish the incredible performance of Elon Musk in any way.
The whole vast industry has failed. Now it is time to face the future. TESLA as an example and SpaceX as example.

@@HerrMensch1 It's a lot of corporate blahblah from a shill who's trying to match Elon Musks's competence and gravitas in rocket engineering and plans for the future. He is obviously out of his depth and cannot match elon. The two are having a bit of a competition during this interview if you hadn't noticed

Flat earthers are the Exact opposite in character to somebody like Elon Musk. We need more Elon’s in this world and less flat earthers who contribute to nothing in this world.
