That first buck has a sticker on his right side!!!! I’m looking to transition into solar cameras this coming winter, thanks for all your reviews, countless hours of footage and true honesty in reviews👍
Very good reiew of this Spypoint Camera. I have a different type of Spypint solar camera and it has been in the woods for 2 years, and the batteries are still at 100%. Thanks for sharing your review Dave.
Great review Dave! Looks like a great camera! I do think integrated solar panel is the way to go! video quality was great as well. Definitely one for the future! Thanks for sharing!
Nice video! It’s great to hear a review and then see the camera being put to the test too! This cameras got a a good picture quality, especially for close up footage! Thanks for sharing
Great review, thanks. The integrated solar panel on cameras like this is very cool. The night vision is a little odd but it does look like a good camera
I really like the solar option but like you kind of disappointed in the night time videos! Thank you for sharing my friend and Good luck with everything!
How's she goin'? That almost sounds too good to be true eh about the solar panel maintaining the internal battery to keep the camera operating. The night time IR does seem to be a weakness though eh!! Thanks for reviewing and take care!!!
I appreciate you watching. The videos are in 4K file size (10 frames per second). With that said, it’s possible they use interpolation to get to that frame size??
Great review, but. To have adequate charging by the solar, the cameras with build in solar always must face south. And when we take in mind the laws of photography, almost always the objects will be dark and the background will be bright, which is useless quality as photo or video. I like the ones with separated solar or at lest that can be separated, as I can put it facing south and the camera north east or west and make my framing better for light at the objects that enters the frame.
Looks like a great non cell camera over all. Agreed and noticed right away the night IR. That stinks. It looks liked you got some cool raccoon footage i would have loved to seen mor clearly.
companies that just refuse to remedy their flaws, are infuriating. i bought a spypoint force-10, about 8 years ago. loved everything about the cam, EXCEPT, it's abysmal night imagery. and when it couldn't even illuminate a big droptine whitetail, that walked right down the trail it was watching, that was the last straw for me. never again. if that buck hadn't then turned and walked right across the front of the cam, practically touching it almost, i'd have never seen the buck, just it's eye-shine. very sad to see, that 8 years later, they are still suffering from that. night illumination is everything, for me. usually the biggest bucks are nocturnal. most bucks are, at some point during the season.
I have owned several spypoints, a few with solar panels. And while I do like the solar panels, I won't buy anymore of their products because of their customer service, or should I say the lack thereof. Never again!

Nice trailcam unboxing and review. Great the the internal battery and solar panel kept up with the power demands. 👍

Can you connect this Camera to the app?
Great review excellent video and pictures day time anyway.
I appreciate you watching 👍
I really like the solar panel, biggest cost for running cameras is the batteries.
Another Great video Dave. Does it have small SD card?
I appreciate you watching. No, it uses a full sized sd card, and best of all, it comes with a 32gb card 👍
1st Like, Watch, & Comments!
Thanks Gary! 👍

Hi Dave. Have you tested a trail cam with 2 work timers? Thanks
I know I have some cameras with 2 work times but don’t know off the top of my head which they are
Thanks@@HuntingFarmerOfficial
Is it actually 4K? Viewing the video it looks not even close to 4K at all for image quality. Can you zoom in during videos and not lose pixels?
I appreciate you watching. The videos are in 4K file size (10 frames per second). With that said, it’s possible they use interpolation to get to that frame size??
Great review. Lots of pros but the night shots did not impress. Otherwise, it looks like a great camera. Have a great day.
I appreciate you watching 👍
I'm amazed that a small solar panel can power a video camera.
Excellent
I appreciate you watching 👍

Thanks for watching and for your thoughts. I had the camera facing due North at this location 👍
Looks like a great non cell camera over all. Agreed and noticed right away the night IR. That stinks. It looks liked you got some cool raccoon footage i would have loved to seen mor clearly.
I appreciate you watching 👍 I had 12 videos in a row of those raccoons “playing” 😜
I got the new model spypoint pro s 2.0 it has better night distance pictures
