It is 10 lacs per year for the first year only. It is already mentioned that this will be increased by 8% per year. The fee is ₹57 lacs for 5 years. If you add the personal expenses to this (let's say 12000 - 15000 per month in Mumbai), the total cost of the degree will be around ₹70 lacs. Nicely explained.
New update: For the 2024-25 academic year the fees have gone up, Now for the entire 5 years, the total cost (tuition, hostel, mess, ancillary, personal expenses) will be around ₹75 lacs - ₹ 80 lacs. BITS is nicely milking students and parents.
Hence it’s important for to back these findings with some facts and numbers It’s not a desperate situation to join BITs won’t be correct statement to confuse students
exactly, tbh using the word "desperate" is also insensitive to students who are already attending and will attend that college. I gave up NLU Bhopal for Bitslaw, I hardly think thats because of desperation. Also every college has to start somewhere, they can't just start with an alumni base.
3) placements They don’t need a student placement cell - they have career cell and students need not worry about placements they will learn and grow - when u say no student committe - there’s always a start Infact these kids have to start somewhere so a clean slate will help them build this committe for future Entrepreneur capabilities will be build Pioneer to build this foundation will be the theme learning for this batch
Sir if you have chosen a profession to help students decide then it must be backed with some data. What’s the basis to say students would like like to learn and grow? This is gen z that u are advising to Would be great to analyse with some facts and not gut feel as many students trust and go with these analysts
Hi Keshav ,my niece has procured admission into BITS LAW and BML Munjal University, which one do you suggest is better considering all important aspects.
May I let you know that being a part of the foundation batch of BITSLAW, it is definitely not a desperate move to get students for the foundation batch as we very well know about the low acceptance rate and that the college has filtered out and chosen diverse and intellectually strong students so I totally disagree with you on the desperation point. I very well know how much the admission process was challenging and tough to get accepted in such a prestigious institution. About the seniors part, there are Teaching Research Assistants who are like senior figures to us and we are able to experience the part of college life which includes having seniors, so it cannot necessarily be quoted that just because seniors aren't there we will not be able to have the experience or knowledge that they would impart. Also for your information, now we would be going out for our first internships and that all of the students have been placed at good NGOs, law firms and organizations for their internships. I suggest that it would be better for you to make a better review of this college maybe later rather than just criticizing and honestly speaking, this isn't really an honest review.
Hello mam… I gave the interview some time ago .. I scored 42 in the bitslaw test … and I got some 14000 rank in CLAT …. As a senior what do you think of the chances of me getting in .. I fumbled a lot in the interview as well
I don't think that yours is a very valid point. Do you mean that new law colleges should never come up in this country. The existing old ones should cater for the country for the many many more years to come? Bits is very strong in technology. Now they want to try their hands in law. This will never fail. Bits Law School will be a huge success. Sure
This video is made from a perspective of a student who is willing to take admission in BITS law school in the next 5 years. We still stand by our stance.
Last year BITs management campus hiring as per google search was 50 lakhs highest and 24 lakhs lowest So let’s not talk ROI There is always need of best smart talent and BITs is known to give this talent
Also to add This is integrated management program with BBA not just law Law students last year placement was highest at 30 lakhs to lowest at 12 lakhs Now that’s only law or BA law With BBA law it gives you holistic combination of management and law So even if Min salary of 20 lakhs u consider the ROI is done in three years Keshav put some data on what’s the law salaries in india and discuss this points with students on ROI
sir my rank in clat 2023 was 7.5k, this was my second attempt i know i can score better because i wasn't able to give me all in this attempt due to personal reasons but i am really anxious about my career should i take upes dehradun ??? instead of preparing for another attempt ? Hi With all due respect some of the assessments are without facts and not correct 1) placement - alumni network will only hire from their institute what are your numbers to substantiate that - what is the ceo is from bits and hr head is bits - organisation culture does not revolve around allumni number
2) being first batch Let’s not forget legacy of BITs It’s the most potent combination of Technology +management+ law Which non of your institutes like NLU or GLC or etc can offer - when did the NLU add new edge technology aspects in to syllabus - when was the last syllabus was refreshed to add they edge requirements This will add latest AI tech expertise and the course as all the changes made to suit today and future Hence it’s not a auto pilot run program for years the same learning batch on batch Hence this fact is not right should have some data around it to substantiate
