Love your blog! Great fun! So what was that rice/seafood dish you ate? Risotto or Paella; because as far as my limited knowledge of food goes Risotto is from Italy and Paella is from Spain.
Dear, risotto is an Italian dish and not spanish. What makes it creamy is the starchy Italian rice. Moreover, it does not look like an authentic italian risotto rather it is more like an Indian risotto.
