📋 INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
• 2 eggs
• 40 g chocolate (1.4 oz)
• 1 pinch of salt
• 60 g butter (4 tbsp)
• 60 g raw sugar (⅓ cup)
• 100 g sugar (½ cup)
• 65 g flour (½ cup)
• 25 g cocoa (¼ cup)
Coconut filling:
• 340 g sweetened condensed milk (1 can / 12 oz)
• 250 g coconut flakes (3 cups)
• 5 g vanilla extract (1 tsp)
Ganache:
• 100 g chocolate (3.5 oz)
• 100 ml cream (⅓ cup + 1 tbsp)
• 20 g coconut flakes (¼ cup)
Baking: 180°C (356°F) for 15 minutes

As a child my mother would occasionally make this without the chocolate glaze topping. She would bake the brownies 10 minutes less than the recipe and put the coconut/sweetened condensed milk on top and return it to the oven for about 10 minutes (or until it started smoking lol) Thank you for the restored memories of my youth. Love, love, love that opening piece of music :)
