A child needs his/her father and the stats show it. The problem is when a relationship is over, the woman uses the court system that already favors her, to get full custody. She then uses the child as a weapon to hurt the father because her feelings are hurt. She involves the child in the drama. The courts take 15 cents out of every dollar from child support and alimony. The women can also use the child to get benefits. Greed. That child has half of the fathers DNA. In the black community especially, 80% of children grow up in single mother homes, and look at the devastation it has caused. If the mothers cared about the children they would pettition for 50/50 custody. But no, they want to control everything including the father of the child.

It's not her real name but she knows the song is about her and apparently loved it.
Outkast are 2 rapper from Atlanta; Big Boi and André 3000... André is considered one of the greatest lyricsists
if he's half custodian (by ½ I'm meaning solely due to dissolution of relationship with mother, NOT bc he's somehow slacking)...then why is she entitled to court mandated child support 🤔....if he's caring for the child, physically & financially already.
THAT'S what makes no sense & i say this as a women who's had kids, unmarried.

Also just because the mother gets full custody doesn't mean she's a good mother. Most kids are abused in single mother homes. Most criminals, drop outs, drug abusers, gang bangers, criminals grew up in single mother homes. But if a man should talk about it, society would call him a mysogynist.

@WhyAmIReacting Much appreciated. At the end of the day, the children need both parents working together peacefully, even if they have shared custody. When things go crazy, it's the children that suffer the most.
