This is what I do……I first use a antibacterial soap…my preference is the gold dial bar soap for my base clean……rinse off then lather my body up again with the antibacterial soap…rinse off then I go in with Dove bar soap……after that I go in with a shower gel🙈I exfoliate 2 times a week. I keep everything shaved trimmed…nice and clean. Bacterial is what causes odor that’s why I’ve always use an antibacterial soap first & I don’t have a problem with odor at all. I only use white towels…for some reason it makes me feel more cleaner🥴🙈🤣

All soap is antibacterial soap. They started adding “antibacterial” to the outside of some soaps as a marketing tactic, and clearly it works 😭
Being 61, I think I've learned a couple of things. My belief is that unless you have a medical condition, your hygiene starts with what you put in your body. I always try to drink the recommended amount of water daily and limit things like sweetened drinks. I also always try to eat a lot of fruit and veggies (which has a high water content). I think eating more veggies and fruits and a lot less meat helps to dilute what comes out of your body. That said, I always use an antibacterial soap on my armpits and under the boobies, a pH balancing feminine wash down below (as well as keeping that area trimmed) and Lush soaps everywhere else. I know Lush is expensive, but like Rhonda I have sensitive skin that is prone to developing eczema--especially when the seasons change. Because I've been using Lush, I find that I don't need to exfoliate as much--maybe once a week. Also, I'm careful what type of body cream/lotion I use when I'm going to work out/exercise. A lot of oil/butter based lotions/creams can make you sweat more than you would normally, so I stay away from the heavy ones and use the water based lotions/creams. As far as fragrances go, I agree with Rhonda--nothing with patchouli in the base and nothing that is 'aggressive' (i.e. like most of Tom Ford's fragrances) when you're working out/sweating. Lastly, I always use a combination of an antiperspirant and deodorant--I prefer clinical strength Dove, Secret or Mitchum.

Spot on with the Bvlgari Omnia Coral!! I constantly get compliments from customers & ppl I work with everytime I wear it!! Haven't tried it in colder weather yet. But in heat, it works magic!

Great suggestions for working in the heat and wearing fragrance some of my favorites for working where there's no air conditioning and you want to smell fresh is Jessica Simpson's Fancy Love which is very citrusy and fresh and Versace yellow diamonds if you can still find it . . the Jessica Simpson fragrance is very affordable

Dove for the 🏆 ✌️ Always great to be clean with fragrance free body products. That way you fragrance have a chance to shine.
I love the dove sensitive skin body wash! The only one I use by dove. Smells like baby lotion or baby powder. Great for cleansing before applying any fragrance. Cause the smell is so mild.

Hey, I have the Bond No. 9 Nolita and it's definitely a summer staple for me, I wear it in the high heat and it just lingers

Love your fragrance recommendations (my favorite from your list is Juliette has a gun)- I would add, Molecules O1 from Escentric Molecules & Adventus for her by Creed. I would prefer Omnia Crystalline over Coral because it fits that category best in my opinion. I can see how the bamboo note can help in that specific situation. It has a little citrus hint of lime with a bit of a cucumber finish. I am from the Caribbean and in my country citrus mostly lemon is always used to neutralize bad smells lmao.... So, I would do the same when it comes to perfume in a sweaty environment.
Great suggestions. I want to try the Prada one and I have Nirvana White. I think that line was so underrated, I have all except the Grey one and loveeeee them.

Loveeee Dove sensitive bar soap more than the body wash. Always feel clean and it’s safe for every external part of the body 😉 even though I’m not into scented body washes, if I did use, I will still use my Dove first. I don’t have dry skin so I’m trying to strip everything, dirt, oil, pollution particles, off my body then add moisture back with my cocoa butter lol

I wear the omnia crystalline when I sweat, and it passes the test. It’s not very floral on me, though. Maybe that’s why.

I think next spring, I'm gonna try that Omnia Coral. I used to have the Dove Pomegranate deodorant and loved it. Currently using Dove Apple one. I do have the Omnia Indian Garnet and really love that one. It's a woody orange scent..perfect to wear in Texas fall, when it's cool in the morning but still gets hot in the afternoon.

Girl YES Nirvana White 🤍! I live in muggy Florida. People sleep on that freshy... They were on close out at Kohl's last year super cheap and I snagged four bottles. So glad I did.

I have been giving Lumee a try, The youtube commercials got me! I haven't decided if it is working bc I feel I smell the same with or without it. Bath and Body works has been working for me in the scent Ivory Cashmere. I get complimented everyday that I wear it.

Hi 1st time here. I was looking for a video for how to smell good during menopause hot flashes sweat and came across your channel. I've been using Dove Antibacterial body wash & soap as my base.
