Girl I quit uni after the first two years and went back for my associates a few years later. I’m 31 and work for an investment bank in client services.
You will be totally fine! Life is about enjoying and you are productive when you’re resting because that’s giving your brain and body time to relax and repair. 😊 productivity!

My dream has always been OT, but I'm not sure if a doctorate program is right for me. What are the classes/curriculum/assignments like in the doctorate program?

What I found is that doctorate programs have a greater emphasis than masters programs on research and leadership. Most doctorate programs also have more clinical focuses than theoretical ones. Each program has slightly different coursework so it’s worth looking that the curriculum of schools you’re interested in.
In the United States all OT programs have to be doctorates by 2027, so masters programs are harder to come by, and this was a deciding factor for me because I will be a new grad among mostly doctorate level applicants.

@@sandracreativesOT actually isn’t transitioning to doctorate only. I contacted ACOTE because I was questioning this since I’m a prospective masters student. Doctorate can be helpful, depending what you want to do, but just want to make sure people who are debating on occupational therapy, know the facts bc I too was questioning it until I contacted them directly. 😊

@reebeanify the schools are transitioning, but you won’t need a doctorate to practice! This is similar to what occurred with PT a few years ago
