what is backup or why we using backup function in a dabase
- Backup का उद्देश्य create a copy of data means डेटा की एक प्रति बनाना है जिसे Primary Data Failure की स्थिति में recovered किया जा सकता है। Primary or प्राथमिक data failure hardware , software failure Data corruption या एक मानव-कारण वाली घटना, जैसे malicious attack दुर्भावनापूर्ण हमला (virus or malware) or Data के accidental delete होने का परिणाम हो सकता है।
Path == The location of the current folder that contains the access database file.
Source== Current access database file
Target == new file location to be saved name BackupDB, and the backup file is the same current file location.
Format(now(),"mm-dd") & " .accdb"==name the new file with month-day formate and file type.accdb.
SetobjFSO==allow the computer system to create a new file.
copy file(source, target, true)== system will copy the current file source to be assigned location target.
scripting.file systemobject==is used to gain a access to a computer file system , it can create file folder or directory.
