haha…you might not be a Chinese or a Taiwanese, because it is so easy for someone whose mother tongue is Chinese. But don't give up,you'll get the hang of it someday
Спасибо большое 😊 учитель i wanted to ask why ( г )silence like when we are pronouncing (сегодня , Кого, чего ) it has not (г) sound it has ( в) pronunciation so will you please make video on this ...
Hi and thank you for the informative video. Today I heard "что" being pronounced and much to my dismay it sounded like "shto" instead of "chto" as I'd expected. Are there special rules for certain words, or maybe letter positioning within a word? Thanks!
Hi. I really love your videos. You're an excellent teacher, but I do need to correct you on something here. I trust that you'll appreciate it: This sound is actually non-existent in English. The "ch" sound you're talking about in English is the voiceless palato-alveolar sibilant affricate (t͡ʃ), which actually does not exist in Russian; whereas the "Ч" sound you're talking about in your video is the voiceless alveolo-palatal sibilant affricate (t͡ɕ). You mentioned Japanese not having this sound, but it actually does, it's the sound that is commonly romanized as "ch" (Japanese also doesn't have the English "ch"). They are similar sounds, but people like me that are trained to distinguishing these two sounds will be able to tell instantly that the way you pronounce the words in English with "ch" sound a bit off because you're using "Ч."
Thank you:) of course the sounds are not 100% similar, but that is how we teach this sound (Russian Ч, I mean) to foreigners. As for Japanese, I've been learning it for 5 years, and Japanese people say it more like "ти", not "чи"
Thank you! I'm working on reducing my accent in Russian (I'm a speaker of American English), and I came to this video to try to understand the difference between the two sounds.
Well done . In our language (Kurdish language) we have this letter ''ç'' Ч ; чай (Russian)- çaî (Kurdish)
We love you teacher 🌹 charming teacher
Great vid, I have difficulty distinguishing between Ч and soft Т...

In "Hindi" spoon is called "Chammach". Did you notice the "Ch" sound? 😁
Almost the same. The च cha of चम्मच is a bit more forward in the mouth
I don't think its hard for Japanese student, coz there is the latter "Ч" in Japanese, like in the word "ちょっと" chotto
The problem with these lessons is that my the 2-minute mark I have a huge crush Daria - so cute, smart, and nice personality!
Получилось :)
