How to coat a screen with emulsion

Hey Screen Printers! In this video, we are going to cover the basics on how to coat a screen with screen printing emulsion. There are a few things we recommend you do before coating such as getting a proper scoop coater so that you get a nice even coat. Make sure the edges are clean and smooth and mix your emulsion prior to coating. Doing these things will set you up for a nice coat.

this is bad... not just the fact here is not even a tiny bit information in this video, its the fact that you dont even do it the right way. you should dry the screen EVER horizontal with print side down!
