12:50 in my opinion at that point it’s pointless to finish first in the prem if it all matters on play offs since it’s basically a way for any team to win. I would understand it if it was a 2 league split like the MLS but with that in the normal premier league just seems off
shit I still hate the playoff system even as an american. I only get it is in the MLS bc of our sports structure. the only thing i’m acceptable w that’s similar to that is the “opening” “closing” structures you see in the mexican and southern american leagues

Sometimes it’s better to convert regen positions. For example every Messi regen I have found in my career modes always grow better as a ST where as Ronaldo’s regen grows better as a winger

fifa tip for all players who runs into this situation, use a 4-2-3-1 wide and just push forward your LM & RM to LW & RW. so now you can have wingers, an attacking midfielder and 2 defensive midfielders.

American here too. Regarding playoffs:
I feel like they are only needed when you don’t play everyone in regular season.
In premiere league, for example, you face every team for a home-away series so a playoff isn’t necessary.
That’s just my opinion, what’s everyone else’s take?
agree, kinda just defeats the purpose of the prem when your already competing in 3 trophies plus european trophies
The belgium one is the same but at the end its just top 6 play eachother for champions league 2nd place goes to ucl play offs and 3-4 goes to europa league then 7-12 winner goes to europa league play-offs and then 13-16 the last 2 get rellegated. hope this helps you to understand for belgium :)
