I used to sign Son at my Manchester United career mode on fifa 15, paired him w/ Andrea Belotti and Martial, he became a god
It can help if you check the formations on attacking, ultra attacking, defence and ultra defence.
Because those will keep the old formation and in the simulations the team uses those too.
Example, Bayern have 2 CDM’s so if you play with CM’s on balanced they will most likely play some games as CDM on attacking, defence and the rest. That would not be too bad, but it can happen to attackers that they play midfield (wich make them play worse).
